The Canary isle of Lanzarote is a year-round holiday favourite, with seemingly endless sunshine, a raft of sandy beaches and a laid-back vibe. A little way inland from the golden sands of Costa Teguise’s Las Cucharas beach, Club Siroco Adults Only is a peaceful retreat. The hotel’s Serenity Area forms an even quieter part of the hotel’s complex, with its own separate pool and bar creating air of exclusivity and calm.
The gleaming white low-rise apartments are grouped around the tranquil swimming pool, complete with water jets. Sway in a hammock on your balcony, relax on one of many poolside loungers or amble to the Chill Out bar for a well-mixed cocktail or two. If you can rouse yourself from the serious business of tanning, you’ll find a range of activities on hand, including tennis, volleyball, ping pong, mini golf, darts and billiards.
How to Get There
We spent 10 nights half board at Siroco booked with Jet 2 in the serenity area . Alex at reception was very nice at welcoming us on arrival , he carried our cases to the storeroom and showed us through to the dining room . The food both at breakfast and dinner was superb , we were never tempted to eat out , good choices , themed nights and kept clean by the friendly hard working staff . Bottled water 1.20 euros other bar prices most reasonable for a hotel . Evening entertainment was ok but not well attended but the bar stays open till midnight . The serenity area is superb , lovely clean pool , no inflatables thankfully , ample sunbeds with no early morning reserving , a relaxing day in the sun guaranteed no music either , bliss .The rooms are large well presented and quiet at night for sleeping , a bar next door and minimarket are handy . We took a taxi into the plaza 6 nights , about 3-4 euros each way to enjoy the many good bars , all cheap and lively in August , In summary we loved this hotel and will be returning soon the lovely staff make for a great holiday . Top tip , upgrade to serenity with half board .
All staff friendly and helpful, rooms kept very clean and tidy. Serenity pool area maintained meticulously by Jorge. Alex and Cristina particularly helpful at reception. Miguel Angel always had a smile at breakfast time along with Jennifer and Pablo. Breakfast always fresh and a good choice for various nationalities. Cannot forget Fredo, nothing was too much trouble (especially the Tabasco) and his Bloody Mary making skills were amazing ????????would definitely book again!
We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary, and having read previous reviews, were not disappointed.
We stayed in the serenity area, which was worth the extra charge, although the whole complex is quite. If you want noise, this is not the place for you.
All the staff are very friendly, and say hello. The grounds are well kept, and rooms cleaned daily.
We were impressed with the speed 2 minor problems were sorted out.
We opted for breakfast, and can't fault choice of food on offer. Hot food was hot not just warm, and replenished constantly.
The entertainment guy was great fun, even though on several occasions there was only 2 of us doing Aqua aerobics he still made it fun.
We liked that it's on the edge of town, but only took 15min slow walk to centre, where there's a great choice of restaurants and bars. I can particularly recommend La Bacchus with its very friendly staff.
We would definitely go back to this hotel.
