The Canary isle of Lanzarote is a year-round holiday favourite, with seemingly endless sunshine, a raft of sandy beaches and a laid-back vibe. A little way inland from the golden sands of Costa Teguise’s Las Cucharas beach, Club Siroco Adults Only is a peaceful retreat. The hotel’s Serenity Area forms an even quieter part of the hotel’s complex, with its own separate pool and bar creating air of exclusivity and calm.
The gleaming white low-rise apartments are grouped around the tranquil swimming pool, complete with water jets. Sway in a hammock on your balcony, relax on one of many poolside loungers or amble to the Chill Out bar for a well-mixed cocktail or two. If you can rouse yourself from the serious business of tanning, you’ll find a range of activities on hand, including tennis, volleyball, ping pong, mini golf, darts and billiards.
How to Get There
The serenity area of Club Siroco is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Sunbeds were always available so no need to get up early to get one. The pool and surrounding area is lovely and clean. The premium apartments are really nice (although no air conditioning). It is about a ten minute walk to the main area where there are plenty bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
Myself, my husband and my elderly mum returned from this beautiful hotel on the 10th of June after a 10 day stay. We really cannot fault it at all. We were in a two room apartment in the Serenity area, which was lovely and peaceful and we thought would be better for my mum as she is 80 years of age and blind. The apartment was spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything you could possibly require (even dish towels, cloths and washing up liquid are provided). We were half board so didn't really cook at all but kitchen had all you needed if you wish to. The apartments are spotlessly clean and kept in tip top condition by the hard working maids who service the rooms daily. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and exceptionally well maintained.
Breakfast has something for everyone and plenty of it, the porridge is amazing, made with cinnamon & raisins..yum! Dinner is varied and again we felt there was something for all tastes. Monica in the restaurant was always so kind to my mum and made a point of coming and speaking to her every time she was working.
I have to say though that we found all the staff we met to be very pleasant & helpful.
There is entertainment every evening with a variety of different shows, singers, fire eaters, drag show etc. We didn't go every night as some evenings we either walked or took a taxi into the nearby square, but the shows we did see were all very good. The square is about a 15-20 min walk away or a 5 min taxi ride. There is a taxi stance only a few yards to the right outside the main door of the hotel or reception are more than happy to call one for you. The square has a variety of bars and restaurants some with live music. Lovely walk along the beach here too again with lots of lovely bars to stop for a cocktail en route!
Lastly I have to say a big thank you to the hotel (Alex in particular) as I had to send quite a few emails with regards to facilities for my mum. My emails were always answered promptly and this made things so much easier for me.
Our flight home was not till 9pm and checkout is 12 noon, this was a long time for my mum to be out the room as she normally needs a rest in the afternoon. We asked reception if a late checkout was possible and explained about my mum, they kindly made our apartment available to us till 6pm. This was a godsend as my mum was able to go for a lie down in the afternoon.
So a huge big thumbs up to Hotel Club Siroco from us and we highly recommend your beautiful hotel.
Stayed here for a week with breakfast. Our apartment was quite basic but clean. Only fault with the room was we did not like having two single beds pushed together instead of a double and there was no air con.
The pool is lovely, clean and very quiet.
Each day there are different activities and competitions which we joined in with and were a good way to keep entertained during the day. Tony who organises all of the entertainment and events is amazing and very friendly - please pass on our thanks!
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.
Did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment.
Drink prices at the pool bar were very good - €2 a pint of beer and 2-4-1 during happy hour!!
Short walk from lots of restaurants and bars and a lovely beach (La Cucharas).
We had a great holiday here!
Well where do I start
Just returned from 10days at this great hotel

Bathroom complete with hairdryer walk in shower (yes it runs on to the floor)
Bedroom complete with wardrobe (no drawers) safe
Terrace comes with two good quality sunbeds table & chairs
Pool area well maintained with plenty of beds including a AstroTurf terrace next to the bar
Cleaners & maintenance men work extremely hard all day
Pool bar is usually manned by Fedro who is a credit to the hotel very attentive and polite
Restaurant is run by Miguel who is good
Waitresses work tirelessly clearing plates serving drinks
Jenifer was our waitress always smiling again a credit to the hotel
Evening bar was run by Fifi who is a absolute diamond and yes you guessed it a credit to the hotel
What we saw was good especially the "star ladies" and the fire show
Varied menu every night seemed more fish dishes than meat some nights but all presented very well
Good quality usual breakfast items
Fresh orange juice
Coffee, tea & other juices from a machine
Overall we had a fantastic 10 days and wouldn't hesitate to return
If I was pushed to put a negative the only thing I would say is maybe upgrade the mattresses as bit lumpy
Thankyou Club Siroco and please pass on our thanks to all the people who work for you
The hotel is nice and clean, but needs updating. The staff are all friendly and happy to help if you need it.. what we did like was the times of the meals did not have to get up early for breakfast if you not want to. And plenty of time to get your evening meal.
