Pricy, but worth it

Travelled with another family and absolutely loved the setting and amenities. We had an amazing view and pool at our villa but were also a short walk from the Caleton Beach Club. We were shocked at how empty the beach was while we were there; always easy to find chairs close to the water and our kids were often the only ones in the (huge) pool. Friendly staff (thanks Juan Jose) made every visit pleasant. We didn't eat at the Beach Club as we were lucky enough to have a chef at our villa taking care of us. The grounds around the villa and golf course were beautiful and felt private as the course and paths were rarely busy. One warning- be sure and bring bug spray. The villas are totally open air (other than the bedrooms) and while the temperature was perfect, the mosquitos were definitely out during the day. We brought 40% DEET and were glad we did. Overall an amazing trip: we were fed and taken care of all week- total relaxation in a beautiful setting- truly a vacation!

Great place for day trip

My wife and two kids (8 &9) spent a day here. It's was $30/ adult and $5/child for complete access to hotel area. You also get a complimentary bottle of water and fruit drink. This place is a step up compared to Juanillo Beach but prices are comparable. The beach was super clean and picturesque. The La Palapa restaurant has amazing food with top notch service/class. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Fabulous Cap Cana Villa Stay
Reviewed 4 years ago

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Cap Cana in one of the private villas sitting on Punta Espada golf course. Our property manager/concierge, Alejandro, did a fabulous job of organizing our stay and ensuring food and beverages were stocked as per our requests prior to our arrival. He was quite attentive and considerate during our entire stay. Our house manager and housekeeper, Judy, was a sweet soul who provided great service with a smile. Ramone, our chef, prepared first rate 5 star meals three times daily. He and Judy never missed a beat during the 6 days we were there. Having stayed in many Caribbean resorts, I can say that this villa stayed was absolutely the best service and food I've experienced over 20 years! Cap Cana encompasses a huge amount of acreage, part of which contains the beach club, villas, marina, condos, etc.

Fabulous views but you´ll pay!

Went here with husband and son as a family. Expectations were high as we´d really pushed the boat out for this trip and wanted it to be perfect. The villa was very nice. large and bright.
Lot's of outdoor space and we ate and relaxed outside and enjoyed the amazing views. Beware of bugs and lizards as night falls though, as they are attracted to the lights which was a pain. The staff all seemed nice and kept everything very clean. We spent a lot of time at the beach which was beautiful and there were golf carts to use which my son loved. Have to say there was very little for my son to do though in terms of entertainment which was disappointing. I guess if you are a golfer this place is great and worth every cent, but for us it was basically the beach or the pool. With such a high price I just hoped there was going to be more to do I guess. Can´t say the complex isn´t nice as it really is, but maybe not right for us.
