How to Get There
We stayed in the Rooftop Terrace suite. There were no issues with the room. The jacuzzi had some broken buttons but it worked. The room was clean upon arrival and each day. Our fridge was always stocked. We only had to request wash clothes (face towels) the first night, after that housekeeping kept them fresh. The dinner restaurants are significantly better than lunch and breakfast buffets. The staff was nice and tended to anything asked. Beach was lovely and staff tried to keep seaweed off the beach. I enjoyed my stay, my least favorite part was the breakfast/lunch food and the insistence on the “welcome breakfast/travel club.” The best part was our rooftop terrace. Overall we had a very relaxing trip.
I really don’t know where to begin! Between our room not being ready to the guy trying to sell me stuff at the bathroom. We arrived 2-2:30p and our room wasn’t ready, ok cool we’ll hangout get some drinks. Hours later, still not ready, temporary room. Temp room smelled like toxic mold! Finally got our room(6p)! Broken shower drain, leaking ceiling, air mattress on the ground outside(not cabana like pictured),patio door has no handle(got locked out), minibar=2 beers, and no wash cloths. This is the first experience of Dominican Republic and Palladium Resort! Will not be coming here nor any of these resorts again!

Very secure property. Room was excellent. Allot of restaurants to choose from. The trolley around the property was great. Beach was the best I have ever been to and a short walk brought to this shopping village. We will be back.
A beautiful Valentine's Day in this 5-star hotel! Incredible restaurants, numerous swimming pools, a lovely private beach and a breakfast overlooking a turquoise water. Their junior suites are very nice with sea views as well.
We choose this hotel because we had great stay at Grand Palladium in Mexico 2016 and we were not disappointed this time. Well, in the beginning of our stay we had persistent problem with our room lock which made as to make multiple daily trips to reception to reactivate our cards, which we found really annoying. We complained to Guest service and I must admit that our complaint was dealt in very quick, efficient and professional manner by Lorayne Artiles. We were moved to deluxe junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable, so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.
The hotel ground is huge, well maintained and clean.We really enjoyed walking around.
Food quality and variety was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I found that service in the buffets needs a bit of improvement as we could not get your own drinks such as coffee, water, tea, coffee etc and were waiting for a while for waiters to bring them.
Lots of a la-carte restaurants and lots of bars with really good drinks. The Japanese restaurant was our favourite, and the staff there was very funny. Reservations is a must!
There was plenty of sunbeds at the beach area. Beach for couple days was covered with seaweed, but staff was working hard to clean it. Also, they’re are people around the resort at all times trying to sell you souvenirs, pictures with monkeys, excursions, spa treatments and etc, but we found they are not very pushy or intrusive if you are firm and say ‘'no, thank you''
The hotel also has a spa area. I had few Zentropia massages there which I found quite pricey, but well worth it.
Overall- we spent a fantastic 2 weeks in this resort.
Most of staff in this hotel are very polite, helpful and friendly.
We would like to thank Lorayne Artiles (Guest service), Maria at Bavaro pool bar and water Jeduli Sanches for very professional, efficient and excellent service all the time they served us. Managers needs to be proud of such as amazing people working for the hotel success.
Ask for vila 17, 18 or 19- rooms are more updated.
If you can, get up early to watch the sunrise- amazing experience!
If you are not fluent in Spanish, I recommend you attempt to learn or use the basics to be polite.
Get mosquito repellent.
