Hotel Overbooked
Reviewed 14 hours ago

We arrived at 9:30pm and we had, prior to our arrival, requested an upper level in the privileged section. When we checked in, I asked again what level we were on. The clerk advised we were on the third floor. When we got to the room we were on the first floor. I went back to the front desk and was rudely told that the hotel was overbooked and that I was still in the privileged area. I could come back the next morning to request a change of room. We travel at night so that when we get into the room we can unpack and then the next day we just start the vacation. Now I'm going to have to go back to the front desk, wait and spend a few hours moving the luggage and unpacking.

Great value

We celebrated my birthday here, staying 5 nights. We are the types of travelers that enjoy all inclusive but do not plan to be at the resort except for sleeping and enjoying breakfast, dinner, and evening entertainment. We bring our bike with us and spend other time cycling. The menu variety is fine. The service was ok. However, when we paid extra for lobster dinner on the beach, service was excellent. Overall, value was excellent. Will go again.

Great resort

This is a great place to be with family. They have a selection of 4 restaurants that you could dine one time on each. I took some pics of my dishes on the Dominican Restaurant. The Japanese restaurant was the best - they have hibachi style food and it was delicious. The property is good and well kept. Their pool is large as well. There are not a lot of chairs along the pool, but did not have trouble getting chairs at the beach. I believe you can have access to the 2 sister properties if you stay in this resort. One property is for adults only and the other one is not all inclusive. You have to pay for drinks and meals.

The drinks and food were great, the drinks in the mini bar are included and I had a great experience. I would certainly return, although I saw some other hotels with a bigger kiddie pool area.

Amazing 10 day break
Reviewed 1 day ago

Great hotel from the first day, lovely spacious room with a huge bath for 2. Always fearfull of bed bugs on resort holidays but we had a lovely new mattress on the super king size bed.

A plethora of bars and restaurants to enjoy, the adults only side was much quieter than the family side of the resort but having access to both provides around 10 different restaurant options.

The staff can’t do any more for you and the service is absolutely out of this world, rarely could you finish a drink before another was placed in front of you.

The beach is beautiful and the weather has been fantastic the whole duration. There are two spacious pools one with a swim up bar the other an infinity pool with a more chilled atmosphere and ocean views.

Amazing time would absolutely recommend and come back.

Thanks for a amazing holiday
