I love everything about this hotel, just what we need to chill & relax. Being not too far from KL, kinda nice - no airport & plane stuff! Just 3 hrs drive from KL & you’re all set for super laid back environment.

My 4 years old son loving the pool very much. He also loving the bicycle ride in the afternoon no doubt I find it little annoyed when we having hard time trying to get comfortable ride for 3 of us as the bicycle often not available. It’s taken up by other occupants obviously but something about their system need to be improve I think - as the bicycle should be return it back at their station instead of everyone taking it back to their room & not being used. We stayed 3 nights, every time we wanted to use it, the bicycle is not available even though we clearly seen so many bicycle parked nicely in front of the resort rooms. I really hope they improved their system so that everyone get to enjoy the facility fairly.

Food & baverage wise, presentable & nicely priced. I wouldn’t say expensive at all. My personal view, I found it kinda reasonable with the hotel image unlike other 5 stars that could be charging “cutthroat”
price. In fact, I’m admired their system, charging semi buffet kinda dinner where you get salad/appetiser/dessert buffet spread + one main course or your choice. This system! I can see there’s no food waste like typical buffet which I hate to see.. so well done for this one

In general, this place is highly recommend for couple or family (hoping to see more outdoor playground perhaps, for kiddos) 😘😘

Good villa, excellent service!

Love the peaceful environment here. We enjoy the greeneries, fresh air and palm tree. Excellent service by the staff here especially En Firdaus (Abe) who is so friendly towards the guests. He constantly introduce the place, get feedback from us for the food, very attentive, keep us entertained!

Quality rooms. We stayed in the Amani Villas. Got two connected semi-d Villas. Each with its own private swimming pool. I am very much into running and find the wide acreage of the compound ideal for running.

It brings back childhood memories!

A nice quaint cum contemporary resort. Beautiful modern villas with a good touches of wooden interior, giving it a luxurious feel.

We took the Amani pool villa, decent size villa with pool surrounded by lush green plants, very soothing ambience.

The night feel is relaxing, very quiet, slightly cool and you can hear your night insects and friends, you still get vehicle noises as the highway is close by. But nevertheless, its refreshing. Esp, if you come from the city.

Growing up in an oil palm plantation as a kid, this place brought back my childhood memories 😊

Rooms are comfortable, with good supply of toiletries. Free minibar and coffee which is a nice. I love the bathroom concept, open and loads of natural light. The kids loved the pool in the room, but there is also a main pool facing the lake.

There are family activities to be enjoyed with the lil ones. Kayaking, cycling, or just a picnic by the lakeside.

Breakfast spread is decent, good choices to choose from. We tried some ala carte menu for dinner, well it wasn't bad but wasn't great either. I believe there are opportunities to make it great.

Well spent holiday

Friendly & Warmth.. Rejuvenating

We’ve been here many times and this is probably our 13th stay here at Mangala Resorts. Its almost as good as the first time. We decided to try the new Amani pool villa, as we have tried all the villas except Sara Villa; indeed it was very big and spacious, value for money. The in-room private pool is about 4 feet in depth (i guess) The kids love it!! The view of the hill range overlooking the pool from the room is simply fantastic. Its just fresh air with greens & birds singing their songs in the morning as you rise from a complete calm night. Breakfast was nice, although food refilling on the buffet could be taken care of better at busy times. Special thanks to Seha & Jimmy for taking care of us. We missed Jack Carter dearly as he was no longer there. Amenities was very nice with a touch of home made pickle ‘kedondong’. Other associates are filled with smile on their faces, adds up to the whole tangible experience & tranquility at Mangala...
