How to Get There
The most environmental friendly resort I have ever stayed. Polite and friendly staff and the resort manager greeted us by name and welcoming us at the lobby. You will frel welcomed all the time by the staff from reception, house keeping to restaurant. Nice food and nicely spread breakfat. Spacious room and surrounded with lot of greens, birds and stars ! The next korning, you can see a lot of birds and natural habitat surrounding the resort. This is our second visit from the first visit in June 2018. Kids loved it. Will be back soon.
This is kind of resort that I looking for relaxing and away from the busy city. The nature and lake is the best scenery which available in this resort. There are a lot of compliment in this hotel including bicycle, snack, mini bar, recreation, and gym
We really like our stay here because the resort was so peaceful & quiet. The staffs were all nice, they’ve done a really good job. One of the staff Akmal Solehin was very helpful throughout my booking process. Thumbs upp!! Everything was awesome except for the mosquito. We’re not able to hang out outside by the pool/at the gazebo for too long because the mosquitoes here, they are plenty & crazy i kid you not. Other than that, all good
It was the best resort so far that I’ve been to. The service was superb from the arrival to check-out. We were given the opportunity to view the villa first before we check-in. Chosen Vana Villa for our 2 nights stay. I love the villa as the design was unique & spacious. The only thing need improvement is the F&B. Overall I would said it was an awesome stay. Love the quiet and calm environment. Highly recommended!
A hidden gem amidst the abundance of nature – greenery, countless birds, lakes and fresh air.
A strong recommendation by a friend brought us to this destination - Gambang, Kuantan for our annual office trip. It is built on a 60 - acre former mining land amidst the oil palm plantation and coconut trees.
All the villas are well spread with some facing the lake (Jala villa).
The 2 bedroom Amani villa is suitable to accommodate 4 adults and it is spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, huge bath and a salt pool. Too spoilt for a choice! There is a complimentary mini bar with snacks and it is replenished daily. The normal Amani pool villa is just perfect for a couple.
The gardens are well manicured with different species of flowers. There is a fruit orchard and a little vegetable farm on site and you can see it during the organized Morning Walks. Some of the fruits and vegetables used in the kitchen come from here -organically grown.
On site activities include archery, kayaking, aqua bike, cycling, bird watching, natural walks and table tennis. There is a buggy service available at all times.
It if a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and to immerse yourself in God’s wonderful gift – nature. Find quiet spots (aplenty) to rejuvenate yourself.
Food is delicious. It is prepared with love. That’s the difference. The full board package is worthwhile. However, we wanted something different for our dinner on the last day. Thank you Chef Rashdan and Chef Chew for going all out to cook your best for our office dinner – yummy tom yam served in a young coconut, patin tempoyak, rendang kambing and thai style chicken.
The warm hospitality of all the trainees and staff (from the gardeners to the managers) and the “can do” attitude is a positive attribute to this place and makes one feel welcome and satisfied. Thank you Amirah, Hidayah, Mujie, Ain, Danial, Akmal, Shahril and Arif for your warm hospitality. I looked forward to the turn down service daily as a small box of chocolates and a book mark awaited me on the neatly made up bed.
This is what hospitality should be all about – effortless!
It is rare to find a place with a combo of luxury accommodation, warm hospitality, great food, peace, tranquillity, privacy which syncs with nature – truly hidden gem in my country, Malaysia. May the warm hospitality of your resort continue to touch people’s hearts as it did to me.
Must try: curry laksa, satay, pickled kedondong, cycling, nature walks
Note: As this place it surrounded by nature, insects, bugs, monitor lizards are very common. Just keep the glass doors which opens to the garden of your room and pool closed at all times. The resort has mosquito mats and coils in the rooms.
