Don’t go

It makes me sad to write such a bad review but it’s people’s hard won holidays at stake and it’s not fair to them. This is a hotel that is misrepresented on booking .com agoda etc. It is a failed condominium that poses as a hotel. The pool does not work the filters failed months ago ,we could see flakes of dead skin in the water and old sun tan oil. See pictures. When we complained they bought water in to flush the pool out ,but that was an emergency measure. By the next day it had started to revert back to its dirty state. Without filtration the pool cannot work and has become a heath hazard. Equally they say there is a place on the beach. There is, with a plunge pool and terrace onto the beach. But it’s closed and derelict.
The staff tried their best but are demoralised and unhappy. We decided within a day to leave and ask for our money back. Which we got. It wasn’t such a happy outcome for two German family’s with children who felt they couldn’t move. One wrote to us saying how sad she was to have a holiday with her grandchildren when they couldn’t use the pool.

Nice hotel with big rooms

We booked the two bedroom pool suite, the hotel is right by the beach. Klong muang is a quiet uprising neighborhood with two streets full of resturants and shops. You should be aware that there is no water from 15-17pm, and the taxi to ao nang is 500bath. The hotel is very Nice and we had a lovely garden by the private pool, only downside is the waterfall is very noisy.

Unacceptable

So much untapped potential

Here's a nice hotel structure with no care for details and services.
The staff is here, and as all Thai people, warm but not Thai hospitality warm. And management it's at fault.... If you can find the manager.
Unattended safety concerns all over the place being risk of fall from the 4th floor one of the most obvious. The rooms on the 4th floor have a Jacuzzi and a small deck. The glass balustrade it's so low, no one with common sense would allow kids near it. I would not stay in these rooms if I have kids.
Housekeeping needs attention. Fresh towels are mixed with soiled towels in the same cart. Not even mentioning towels need to be replaced asap.
Kitchen appliances felt like it have never been washed.
F&B is ok but prices are a little over the top. You get the same menu across the street for half the price.
It's a pity. So much potential....

Good location. Pool and service awful

Pros-

The size of rooms
Location
Beach across the road
Good restaurants on beach

Cons
Pool dirty and unswimmable - can’t see the bottom of pool
Service
Breakfast was basic and uneventful

There are some good deals for this place - get on it and will fell relaxed and happy.

Must be change in ownership / management as this is different place to some of the other reviews.
