Don't get the Jacuzzi Room!
Megan M

I paid quite a bit extra for the "jacuzzi" room. I was horrified the first night when suddenly the tub filled with giant pieces of scum. They were never able to fix this, and my shower had no hot water for the first 2 nights. While they kept apologizing I have to have long confrontational and irritating talks with them every day in order to get them to reimburse me even a fraction of what they owed me. It was a bummer.

Good Hotel, Needs Improvement

We chose the Deluxe Pool View room with a picture-perfect view of the mountains. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Points about the room which needs attention is the bathtub. It was stained and did not seem hygienic enough to be used. The breakfast area right in front of the beach is mesmerizing and tranquil. One can enjoy by the beach at day and walk along the beach under the stars on a clear night. The lane right next to this resort has a line of restaurants and massage parlours. The pool in front of our rooms was under maintenance during our stay.

Good hotel

The room near the swimming pool is big and clean. The swimming pools are very nice and the garden very well maintened. Breakfast and meals are average. I missed too much chairs to lay down on the beach.
