Beautiful Place

Wonderful hotel. We came on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were giving a free one hour massage each, champagne and a personalized honeymoon cake on arrival which really was a lovely touch from the hotel. The hotel is built in a cove which is only accessible through the Monkey trail or by boat, if you have mobility issues this hotel probably isn't for you but for everyone else it is fantastic. The restaurants are all great, we especially loved Hagi, it is a little on the dear side but well worth it for the food and teppanyaki experience. We used the monkey trail most of the time which is good fun (although a little tiring on the way up) unfortunately we didn't see any monkeys. The trail takes you straight to Ao Nang which has loads of bars, restaurants and shops so well worth the ten minute walk. The rooms were gorgeous and luxurious. We had a great honeymoon at this hotel and hope to visit again one day.

Good time

We drove from Kuala Lumpur to Krabi, end up knowing that Centara do not have any access except by boat or trail. lol, which is make it exclusive. the private beach, and pool is awesome.

Everything is nice, I love the bed, very comfy. The cons is, when low tide, only long tail boat can reach the infront hotel, and take more time to reach piers. plan your time in and out.

I cant use the safe in room 1256.

once use the monkey trail, I'm suffered. lol

enjoy kayaking, please make it free for your customer.

and, just make gym is 24/7 to access. my opinion.

Staying in room 1213, I am writing this review in the middle of my holiday. Terrible Staff, lacks basic manners, basic hospitality services are to be requested and still one gets a rude no. Let me share my ordeal with everyone and specially with the hotel management. From the day of my check in i.e. 11th Oct 2018, Bell Boy refused to keep the bags in the room. left it on the door way and when asked and infact requested by me to put them inside. was told an answer which took me by complete surprise "I have other bags to get from other guests, so take it inside yourself"; this is how i was treated on day 1 of my stay. Then comes the house keeping staff. I took bath and left the water in the tub and while leaving told the housekeeping staff who i met just outside my room to drain the water and clean the room as I was stepping away for the day in a rush. Again to be surprise the water kept lying in the tub the whole day and the cleaning service done in my room was pathetic. It not only still had water in the bath tub but also cigarette stubs on the balcony. Then lastly I have told specifically that i shall be checking out on the 13th oct at 11:30 AM. I got a letter from the front desk, followed up by a call saying to leave the hotel by 9AM. Shocked Shocked shocked!!!!!! Never in my life I have experienced this level of service. They should re rate themselves as B & B and not a luxury resort. In fact B & B these days have better service then them. Lastly to make icing on the cake. Me & my wife came back through the speed boat and de boarded on the pier to make our way to the hotel. All was good, but when we reached the pier in the boat it was pouring down and the staff waiting at the pier didnt give us the umbrella and infact was extremely rude to even lend us a hand with our bag. We both were drenched in rain. Now I leave it to your judgement do you still want to be in a hotel who offers this level of service.
