How to Get There
We stayed in room 508 great place really near the beach with free access to kayaks and paddle boards and able to explore near the hotel. food was nice, Pricy . Rooms were beautiful with huge space staff couldnt do enough for you they were so friendly pool waiter MOO was great, would recommend this place chilled lots of facilities free gym .
The hotel location is perfect, lot of services near by like supermarket and pharmacy and some other shops, 5 min away from the airport, staff are friendly, but the hotel is old and some facilities are not same as the photos.
The check-in experience was a bit of an ordeal, so the apology accompanied by a bottle of champagne was very much appreciated.
The room itself was quite lovely, as was the rest of the hotel and the beach.
Large breakfast selection at Ocean Kiss, and drinks & snacks at the Crab Shack meant we never had to go hungry or thirsty.
Staff was overall all exceptionally friendly and helpful - special thanks to receptionist Sunny for helping us book tickets for all the muay thai fights! :)
The on-site spa is rather pricey compared to others in the area, but it's beautifully decorated and just radiates an aura of peace and calmness. Special thanks to Miss Kai and Mr Khan for the many wonderful (and desperately needed) massages!
