How to Get There
We had an amazing time here, absolutely incredible. My daughters birthday whilst we were away and they looked after everything for us, one of the best birthdays ever, I think.
Everyone very polite and would do anything to make your stay perfect. Service was impeccable and everything was taken care of for you, didn’t have to worry about a single thing whilst we were away
Utter perfection, once again. Our 13th time and, once again, not let down. All staff are simply delightful to be around. We simply adore the hotel and the long standing staff which is very important to us. Our friends forever.
Recently stayed at this hotel with the family. The environment is really lovely, really well kept and maintained. The hotel has a variety of places to eat all of which are lovely in their own fashion from spectacular (if expensive) Treetops dining to relaxed but excellent Crabshack and Oceankiss. The rooms are good although having an extra bed in one of our rooms did make it a tad tight. The staff make the place really special, from Ping who looked after our room so well to Kate in the restaurant who made every, and I mean every, effort to ensure that we felt like her only guests although it was clear that she made everyone feel like that. Kate has a group of really strong colleagues who speak all languages and work so hard to make each meal an event. Dylan the GM has clearly worked hard to get a great team together and this includes Bronji on front desk who when unfortunately, I did need to discuss an issue, made amends which more than compensated for my issue. The whole place is fantastic, Mr T running the gym (open 24 hours) remembered all of my kids names which made a difference. Dylan runs a really good tight ship and it feel like a truly well run Hotel which strives to deliver above expectations for their guests. Would highly recommend the Anantara Lawana.
