How to Get There
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our 11th anniversary and absolutely loved it. We reserved Club Level and the service there (and overall) was top notch. Carmen at club level, Timothy with guest relations, and Raymond at concierge went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The view from our room was jaw dropping, and the location is the most convenient in the city. The building is connected to a mall and train station so when our tour guide picked us up each morning in the lobby, it was a short convenient walk to the train. Highly recommend if you appreciate luxury and personalized attention.
Just spent two nights here. Great location very close to transport if you don't feel like cabbing it. The room was excellent and the facilities really topclass. Most impressive of all was the service which was a cut above most luxury hotels I've been to anywhere, especially Srijana Rai who really impressed us with her lovely solicitous manner and great tips for where to go and how to get there. The only quibble I have is that the food/drink could be a little less expensive - £10 for a cup of coffee seemed a bit steep but perhaps that's what the going rate is for coffee in hotels in Osaka. Well done overall though.
This is genuinely an outstanding hotel and one of the best I have ever stayed at. It is connected to Osaka station and is about a 10 minute walk through the Grand Front complex. Also, there is Umeda station nearby for access to the subway.
The rooms in the hotel are a very good size and the bathroom has a shower & bath on a wet room. The glass partition wall between the shower and bedroom is a cool feature! Luckily, it can be covered with a movable panel is privacy in the bathroom is required! The room comes with a desk and electric blinds which can be operated without having to get out of bed!
The bar in the hotel, Adee, is a great place for a drink and there was live music each night. They do some good food options and with the menu available until 11pm.
The Grand Front complex where the hotel is located is a huge shopping centre with dozens of bars and restaurants. Every cuisine is catered for so is a great spot if you want something outside of the hotel.
The hotel has a swimming pool, jet bath and onsen. These facilities are all located next to the gym, which is well equipped.
This is a wonderful hotel and has to be one of the best choices in Osaka.
We stay in hotel 23-27 March

One of the best city hotels in Japan. Great location about 5-7 minutes away from Umeda station, and 7 minutes away from the JR station that's connected through the mall. Located above a large mall with plenty of dining options. Large, nicely appointed rooms with an extremely comfortable bed.
Lobby is on the top floor and then you take the elevator down to the rooms. Beautiful pool area as well as a separated men and women onsen spa.
Service is very good and the front desk went above the extra mile for us when we made a booking mistake.
