A hint of paradise on a world heritage island
Reviewed 3 days ago

Situated just outside the main town of Duong Dong and a handy 10 minute ride from the airport, this hotel on such a beautiful island is an ideal location. The hotel is hidden behind a discreet hedge from the road, and the approach to the main reception area is up a wide ramp opening out on to a very impressive foyer.
The beach is literally on the far side of the pool, and is fairly sheltered from other properties close by.
The ambience of the hotel encapsulates the Vietnamese culture, where everything is done with a smile and you are the most important person for them to please.
The rooms are individual and private, and tastefully designed to ensure you can relax and just totally destress.
The choice of restaurants is tailored to a discerning client, and it would be hard to find any criticism with the offerings presented, whilst they ensure everything is locally source and fresh that day.
The spa facilities are a class above anything you will find elsewhere, and all treatments are carefully tailored to the clients requirements.
The staff through out the hotel complex are specially chosen, and it shows.
The lady owner has very high expectations of all her staff, and is meticulous that her guests requirements are met.

Today is our 7th day here and everything indeed is perfect - food, service, the most helpful and friendly staff.
It is quite a compact hotel with every facility ideally located.
The hotel’s guest relations manager Anup
Nair and his team make our stay 100% comfortable and enjoyable. I wish every hotel had such professionals working for them.
You must visit this place as it has everything you are looking for!

Outstanding Service, Well Appointed Resort
Reviewed 5 days ago

This really is a very well designed resort which caters perfectly to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The rooms and grounds are flawlessly clean and the whole resort flows really well so that everything is easily accessible to all guests without those long painful walks other resorts are known for. The food is outstanding, with a spectacular buffet breakfast including sparkling wine included in the room rate. The 3 onsite restaurants (Main restaurant, Italian, and Indian) offer an excellent choice for dinner, meaning that we did not need to leave the resort for the entire week we were there. The pool area is stunning with waitstaff on hand to bring drinks (just raise the little flag next to your chair and they come running over) and the beach is clean and also immediately accesible from the pool. The service from all staff is simply outstanding and the management should be commended for the consistency and friendliness of all. Highly recommended for all (we were travelling as a family with 4 children) but couples would also enjoy this outstanding opportunity to relax and unwind.

End of honeymoon trip to Vietnam

Stunning place and worth the cost difference of most hotels. Pool and bar area nice and every inch of the grounds are perfect including the private beach. Large gym by hotel standards and breakfast is class with free champagne on offer if you fancy it. Prices are obviously more expensive than other places but can be worth it for the surroundings and rooms... Tried the Indian restaurant it was very nice but mostly ate out in restaurants nearby as they are much cheaper. Overall a top class hotel😁

Top class venue

The resort is absolutely outstanding. Location, customer service and facilities are all first class and make this one of the best hotels we have stayed at.
Having been upgraded to a garden villa was a nice welcome surprise on checking in and made our 3 day experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Room was super clean and spacious but a nice touch would have been to spray the room for mosquitos as the guests check in.
All dining and drinking was amazing and the ladies were in awe at having Prosecco for breakfast! Vietnamese craft beer was a great and unexpected bonus. Summer Hefeweizen from Eastwest brewing is really good.
Pool and beach facilities top class, especially like the shoe rack for your sandals before getting onto the sandy beach and the fresh water to rinse your feet when you've had enough sand!
Overall a fantastic way to chill out at the end of our marathon china/indochina extravaganza! We are already planning to come back via an Australian trip soon.
