The Perfect Place to get away from the Noise!

Kumarakom is the perfect place to stay in when you just need some alone time with your loved one. The whole resort is just peaceful and the greenery around the resort just made the place so relaxing. The food is spot on and definitely worth the price. What stood out is the people who served us at Kumarakom. There hasn't been a day where they haven't greeted us with a smile. Its nice to see people who put that extra 10% effort in their rolesThe only improvement I can suggest is they revamp their restaurant as watching their cultural performance is quite difficult to see

During our kerala trip we stayed in many good hotel right from Leela at kovalam to but staying here was simply memorable .... right from our checkin to check out we were feeling in lap of not only nature but also with great facilities and superb staff ....
this resort quite big in size with backside view of lake .... and while walking you can explore many small elements which always impress you ....

Great place to stay and spend good time...

Excellent property.. one incidence marred out Boat experience

1night in meandering pool villa:

Amazingly beautiful property. Awesome service. Everything was just out-of-the-world. Breakfast spread was awesome. Buffet Dinner lacked starters, and desserts comprised of only 1 sweet + 1 ice-cream + 1 pastry. Surprising !!! But the food tasted really good. Room though aesthetically done, need more lights (you can't even see mosquitoes that are biting you).

Awesome pool. Too beautiful to digest.

1 night on houseboat:

very god boat + facilities + caring staff + wide variety of tasty food. However, i found a lizard enjoying desserts in my plate (kept just beside me: photo attached). A property of this stature cannot have a liberty to say Sorry. They need to do proper pest control. That lizard, I'm sure is going to stay on the boat for a few more days.

This incidence has left a sour taste in mouth what otherwise would have been an excellent stay.

Wonderful property with good and courteous staff
Special mention Mr Arun the pottery maker and Kavi the local care taker
Just one thing is about the cycles should have some for females also
And the fruit platter could have been better
All in all a wonderful break

Lived and loved it
Value for money for sure 👍👍

We were a group of five ladies who were together for a celebration. The Resort with its wonderful ambience, most delicious food ( the South Indian cuisine and the sea food were wow!) and the very polite hotel personnel made it a lovely celebration.

The rooms too were beautifully appointed..the locks on the doors harking back to old temples was a very original touch.
Only suggestion would be to check your open air jacuzzis in the room before giving it to guests. It didn't work in one of the rooms and the water was freezing cold!
For the rest - a 'thank you' to the Hotel.
