How to Get There
Nice hotel close to Embassy row and shopping. Expensive to eat and drink though. Gym and pool are nice and kept clean. Staff is friendly, hotel is kept clean, and the meals, though pricey are well prepared and tasty.
An overall excellent package which leaves one very satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to experience caring and a good feel factor. Infrastructure and staff combines beautifully to proved complete satisfaction
I booked a facial a few days in advance and confirmed with the receptionist the type of facial which correlated with their website brochure. The receptionist confirmed the price and the type of facial. I was phoned on the day of the facial to say that they have changed their products and that I have to accept it. I asked for an email explaining the facial I was to get, which I never received. I got a call from the same receptionist an hour later to alert me that I now have an appointment at a later time, and to come at that designated time. I was considerably messed around by the spa. I had already arranged someone to look after my child so that I could have the facial. Needless to say I didn't even make it to the door. Very poor indeed. The spa should be upfront with customers when bookings are made.
This is an expensive stay but the hotel provides excellent (and complimentary) transportation to the UN facilities. It is located in a very nice (yet isolated) part of town. An hotel that provides a reliable and confortable experience if you have never been to Africa.
I enjoyed staying in this venue immensely. It is a wonderful venue for holiday and business alike. It is well located near the Central Business District, close to a shopping mall, good levels of security and in a highly peaceful setting. It’s best attributes are it’s high quality customer service, it’s highlt rated and well curated decor. It is a well crated and enchanting cultural presentation of African culture.
