Loved This Beautiful, Historic, Comfortable Hotel!
PamelaK O

I loved staying here. Sure, it is a little pricey but the lobby and downstairs common areas are just so beautiful and plush. Service across the board was exceptional. My room was huge, beautiful, and so comfortable...and also very functional. Sure, there was a little wear and tear, but that is to be expected in such a historic location and it in no way marred my stay. Lots of windows, good lighting, comfortable bed with quality linens, completely quiet. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful, Historic Hotel

I had come to Louisville to attend a performance at the Brown Theater and decided to stay at the Brown Hotel. What a wonderful experience! I cannot say enough about every staff member we encountered - the valet, the front desk staff and the room service attendant who brought us our late night snack, were all very professional and friendly. Our room was huge, very clean and well appointed. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable I’ve had in any hotel. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Yet another Great Experience at Louisville’s Brown Hotel

This is easily the 8th time we’ve stayed at the Brown in the last 10 years when traveling from Las Vegas. The facility has been a truly wonderful experience- especially in the last 6 months (we’ve been here twice).

The facility is historic and well maintained. The service is outstanding and the food is excellent (try the Hot Brown signature dish ????????).

The establishment has acquired a new Director of Operations - Mr. Volker Wellmann- last spring who has consistently been very professional & welcoming, as well as very enthusiastic regarding the Brown and continued innovations.

On our next visit in Spring 2020, we are planning to stay additional time to further enjoy the property and the amazing proximity to Downtown Louisville attractions.
