Wonderful spot

Watching whale spouts, spending time by the pool, and touring nearby places of interest make this destination relaxing. The service is outstanding and the Sunday brunch highly recommended. The view from the beach at sister property, Princeville Resort, is beautiful.

Fantastic Oasis to spend your holiday away!

Loved this place. Spent a week over New Years here with friends, we had a double villa, main floor walk out, just beside the pool, and ocean view. Everything form the rooms, the service, the grounds, the roosters, you name it was amazing! Also lots to do on the resort, they have a fun space with games, and music, a gym, morning yoga classes over looking the ocean. And lots of excursions you can book as well.

We went grocerie shopping and had dinner in each night, and were in bed early as it is so peaceful and quiet. Also Hanalay Bay is just an 8 min drive away, you can hit the pub, eat out, go to the beach, body board, whatever you like... Not a party place at all... good for a nice relaxing trip and some down time.

Vacation in Paradise

Wonderful trip. Staff and resort was top notch. Highly recommend as everyone worked hard to make the stay awesome. Beds were heavenly. Doors open the whole week to enjoy the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Not often we give 5 stars across the board!

Staff and amenities were less than stellar

Staff was smug and had changed dramatically from the previous 8 years we’ve stayed here. Encountered rude staff and the hot tubs didn’t work. The staff seemed to enjoy our displeasure and management didn’t really have any authority to make things right. SPG isn’t the same.

Not up to par!

The villas are much too small and the kitchen is not adequate to really enjoy a meal at the villa. I felt like the concierge was forced to give recommendations based solely on the relationship the resort has with other vendors. It would have been nice to know that the Princeville Center was so close with so many dining options.
