Amazing Experience
Reviewed 5 days ago

From making my reservation over the phone with Monica (she was very patient and helpful even though I called around 3am) to the check-in experience, I would give Copperstone a 10/10 for customer service.

The one bedroom suite was more than what me and my partner needed and the amenities were well maintained. We will definitely be back in 2019!!!

PS: Best perk is the Underground Parking!!! :)

Work Retreat😁

Stayed at this resort rooms were very comfortable for sharing with workmates. I had the master bedroom with ensuite so I was extra comfortable😉my room companions had a few complaints about the bunk bed room being stuffy when door closed and mattresses were hard. Furnace made some noises that transfered to double bedroom upstairs. Location close to Canmore. Nice and quiet. Beautiful setting. Price reasonable check-in staff was awesome.

Hotel staff were very accommodating, room was beautiful, outdoor hot tub was relaxing. We had a lovely mountain view on top floor and the bed was very comfortable. Recommend if your looking for a place outside of the busy towns. A wonderful stay!

Spending a weekend at this hotel is too short. It is a perfect place to get away with your loved one. The one bedroom suite is spacious, cozy and beautifully furnished! Will definitely return in 2019!

Best Place to Stay for Banff Trip with Family / Relax after a hectic day of travel
Reviewed 6 days ago

We were 5 people on a 4 day trip to Banff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Copperstone. From the outside, the hotel doesnt really look grand. But when you enter your room, you realize that this place is a gem of a hotel. Sprawling living room with open kitchen, furnished with anything and everything you might need for your stay (including kitchen item). The rooms were clean with attached bathrooms and a good selection of toiletries. The beds were very comfortable as can be expected. Our room gave us an amazing view of a famous peak straight ahead (sorry, I have forgotten the name) .
It takes about 25 min to get to Lake Louise/Moraine overflow Parking lot, and similar for Banff Town.
The Staff was very friendly and ensured that all our needs were catered to. Highly Recommended !
