Ahmed (manager), Mohi (waiter), Faisal (manager), Yoni (Security) were amazing! They helped us check in early and were extremely friendly. We will definitely be back again sometime soon! We love it here!

My compliments to the chef and all the staff!

I'm a visitor from Montreal Quebec the staff is very friendly and attentive the chef makes a real effort to provide Israeli and eastern European religious food with maximum freshness and strictly kosher!! Rooms are ultra clean I'm very impressed! In particular Mr Ahmad Mwaswas is the epitome of politeness and professionalism such a chain is lucky to have him in their employ!will I be back? Indeed!(Go-d willing)

The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff friendly, transport links is very good. The breakfast was good, but would have expected a bit more sausage or meat on offer. The room TV receives a total of 5 channels from Israel. You should improve that. Overall, I am satisfied.

Very disappointing

The place is old and dirty the staff was mostly rude. One day we went out housecleaning left the windows wide open when we came back there were dozens of flies in the room the front desk could care less but they did let us switch. The place needs a major paint job there’s mold around the shower the location was good. Found a couple of old dead bugs on the window not sure how this place got so many good reviews. Many lightbulbs were out

The room was good enough. They forgot to give us towels and then took 2 hours to bring them up, which was very annoying since I didn't realize we didn't have towels until I was already in the shower.
Tarik in the restaurant bar served us dinner two nights and he was amazing - best person of the staff by far, and we let him know! He really enhanced our stay :)
Don't leave food out in the room - lots of ants descended on the bag our sandwich had been in.
