poor service staff is busy on cell phones
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

we were told one price for breakfast and charged another price. the staff is not friendly and somewhat aggressive so they can get back to their cell phones. the buffet food started to disappear soon after we were seated...only one waitress came to the table once and asked how we were when we told her we needed eggs she disappeared never to be seen again.we were at this location since 1991 and the management was in place and tuned to the customer. here is a holiday succous and nobody's there to help us.the desk was not solicitous in asking how our visit was at least they are honest as they don't care. very loud street noise

This is my first ever review.
We stayed at this hotel with gate 1 tour.
Unfortunately our stay was not an enjoyable one. This hotel is extremely noisy and every morning at breakfast we had to clean the chairs before sitting on them. We had to ask for a Mattress protector for the bed and on the last day that we checked out on August 26th I made the mistake of not checking the wardrobe and left a special dress behind. As soon as I got to the airport and had access to wi fi I emailed but had no response until I emailed multiple times asking about the Dress. The only answer I received was we have checked our records and haven’t found your dress. I explained that I was happy to pay for postage etc. how does a dress go missing within a couple of hours?
I asked for them to please look again and have still had no reply.

This was an interesting trip!!!

This experience is like no other, you won’t forget the hospitality.
The location is walking distance from a shopping centre and transportation is easy and convenient.
The location is also in the centre of Jerusalem which makes it easy to get to different biblical sites.

Not quite a palace, the service was bad
Reviewed 4 months ago

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to the light rail and close to the old city, very close to the market and shopping areas. The room could have been more clean, but overall it's good. However.... The front desk service is shockingly bad. Actually the staff are rude, unhelpful and arrogant, as well as disorganized. It was not up to standard at all. The staff need a good training session in customer service and manners. Then I may consider staying here again.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service. Check in staff was entirely unhelpful regarding my check in. I didn't have my passport with me, and was just stone faced that I can't check in without a passport?
Huh? Nothing to talk about, just nothing.
Room was kinda cheap, two twin beds, looks a lot fancier than in the photos.
