The hotel is located just in front of the sea of galilee, the room was spacious including the bathroom. But was amazed me most is the unlimited drinks, including, coffee, beer, wine, water at their bar area. And lots of food to choose during breakfast and evening meal.

Big hotel attracting large groups. It's all round good, but nothing very special.

The hotel was well located and comfortable, with a huge and varied breakfast. It's a big hotel and very busy. Don't even attempt the pool if you don't find screaming children relaxing (definitely a "family hotel"). The rooms were comfortable and it had everything we needed, and the price was about what I'd expect to pay in Jerusalem. The welcome we received upon arrival was non existent!

Functional Hotel- Caters to tour groups
Reviewed 4 days ago

We stayed 4 nights as part of the tour package. The hotel is busy at all times, the set up caters to large tour groups. Even the coach drivers had to jostle for a space to load and unload luggage. Room is simple and basic, but spacious. Likewise for the food. The restaurant functions more like a communal dining hall. The atmosphere is always noisy and food is simple. However the location of the hotel is quite central, not far from the old city.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My experience was made great by Ali who works at bar. He was so delightful and made my stay great. I will return just because of Ali. It is hard to find this type of service any more. My Jerusalem experience was wonderful!!
