This contemporary whitewashed hotel is all about being close to Puerto Vallarta’s star attraction: the beach. There are thatched palapa-style daybeds on the sand, a pool with ocean views, and rooms with balconies offering splendid views of dazzling Banderas Bay. Wellness is also a focus, with holistic treatments in the spa and daily yoga sessions adding to the zen vibe. The casual La Ceiba and Corona restaurants are open for breakfast and lunch, while Murales offers a more romantic, formal vibe, with haute Mexican dishes courtesy of Executive Chef Tony Martinez.
In the Area
Not every Puerto Vallarta experience entails being on the water–check out the beautiful Sierra Madre mountain range on a horseback riding tour of the interior that includes visiting waterfalls and rivers. Back in town, scope out the famous gay-friendly nightlife on a bar-hopping tour or discover the scene on your own at Frida’s Kitchen, a popular bar and restaurant in the Zona Romantica known for its welcoming attitude and zesty margaritas.
How to Get There
My husband and I just came back from 4 nights with Villa Premiere. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Lorena and Liz at the front desk were helpful and funny! Glass of champagne and a 5 min massage...can't beat that! We upgraded our room to our of the south corner suites with a jacuzzi on the patio. It was lovely. The turn down service and butler service was great. The bartenders and servers by the pool and restaurant were fantastic! Ivan, from room service, took such good care of us. L'occitane toiletries. You can walk to the malecon and Zona Romantique. The Jazz Foundation was great and for food, The Happy Lobster.
It was also nice that their are no kids at the resort. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the extremely loud hotel and bar to the south of the resort. My suggestion would be to not stay on the south side and get a higher floor. We were on the 3rd floor. We would definitely go back.
Great resort for a quiet getaway! Went with my husband and enjoyed every bit of it. Was greeted with a glass of wine and a short massage. Food was amazing and everyone working there was so nice and helpful! Felt like a family by the time we left. Hated to say bye.
We went July 11-16 and was told it was down time. Only 1 restaurant opened for BL&D but there was plenty of variety and everything was good! Room service 24/7 as well. No problem finding a spot at the pool or on the beach.
So many extra little perks offered as well so just ask.
I highly recommend going! The resort, the staff and the town was just amazing. Great experience!
We recently returned from a magical vacation and wedding at Villa Premier! The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk of the Malecon where all the action is taking place. And then you can return to this ocean front paradise to relax and enjoy.
We did the all inclusive which was well worth it. We don't always do all inclusive but decided to do it here because it is so reasonably priced. The food is AMAZING! It is the first time we've been to Mexico where there are no buffet meals. Everything is ordered from the menu. And there are healthy menu options, such as, vegan, gluten free, low fat, low carb, etc. Our compliments to the Chef, Juan, who takes special care to plate each meal as if it were a piece of art. They also are very aware of food allergies. Loved the breakfast vegan smoothies. And there is Yoga on the beach each morning.
This is a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful beach. There are beds and lounge chairs by the beach and the pool. There are two pools; one pool has a swim up bar. Impeccably clean grounds and pools.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. We enjoyed several breakfast meals on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. Room service is prompt and included in the All Inclusive.
Vanessa, our wedding coordinator, had everything perfectly planned for us. It was very easy to communicate and plan our ceremony over e-mail. We were married on the jetty and the decorations and flowers were beyond amazing.
The level of service at this hotel is way above average. Professional and high quality service. The best we have had in Mexico! You will not, in any way, be disappointed with Villa Premiere!
It was our first vacation to PV, and we loved this hotel! It is beautiful and the staff are really great. If you're looking for relaxation, great food and a lovely view - you won't go wrong with this choice.
Beautiful and a smaller resort meaning no problem snagging a good place on the beach or poolside. Service was excellent! Prices at pool bar were unbelievably reasonable. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views. We will go back!
