Wonderful hotel and pools. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Food and drinks were amazing. I would love to come back and visit with my family. This was a trip I will cherish for the beauty that was experienced on these serene grounds. We also took the bikes out and experienced the nearby marina. It was fantastic. Don’t think twice about booking a vacation at this hotel!

Great room, location & customer service!

Our room was very clean and spacious and our view was just incredible! We were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the pool and ocean! The beds were very comfortable and our patio offered a great place to just hang out, read a book, and enjoy the scenery. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we might have about the area. We selected to have our room cleaned/made up about every other day and there was always fresh towels and sheets and the room looked spotless! The location was great because there were several restaurants and quick grocery marts within walking distance and not too expensive. The hotel did have room service and some dining options, but they were pretty pricey, however still a good option when you're just tired from the day's exploration. The only reason I gave the hotel 4/5 stars was just because the cost of the hotel was so much more expensive than competitor hotels, but as two 28yr old female travelers it was worth it to feel safe and taken care of the whole time. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back if we return to PV!

Good place for a day pass

Some friends and I were staying at an Airbnb in the area and decided to do a day pass here so we could get the "all-inclusive experience" for one day. For a relatively cheap price ($30USD), we were able to get access to the facilities and about two drinks included drinks, anything over that would have to be paid for out of pocket.

Overall it was good place to spend one afternoon but I'm not sure I would stay there for a full vacation

very good Good place but food

The price was right and they have so many things we can do in resort. Have a nice beach and pool people and staffs are nice we want to come back here again. But their food is kind of disappointing I had breakfast and lunch buffet and the steak house at the beach risotto was very salty the salad wasn’t even cut and took 2hours and half to get my food. Buffet is a bit overpriced for the quality they also don’t have a lot of menu.

We will be back!

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and all-around lovely hotel. We got an upgraded room on the 10th floor to have the jacuzzi tub on the balcony. It was beyond worth it. One morning I drank my coffee in the tub and watched the whales breech right in front of the hotel. Another evening the pirate ship set off a bunch of fireworks in the bay directly in front of the Westin. We stayed twice, the first time without the AI package and the second time with the AI + Spa package. We got a couples massage three days in a row. Despite the fact that I don’t drink, between my husbands beverages and our food....it definitely was budget-efficient. It is a little bit of a ride to the downtown and Romantic Zone areas, but if you’re visiting for the purpose of relaxation or family oriented time...this is the place to stay.
