Great relaxing vacation!!
Reviewed 17 hours ago

Stayed here over the week of July 4 and had a great time. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and accommodating I was very impressed. We stayed in an ultra Mousai corner suite and the room was good. It’s a modern room and you had an iPad to control your tv and curtains. Nice touch but would have preferred a dresser to put my cloths in. The pool lounge was amazing and we spent most of our time there. We felt this was the best area for food in the entire hotel and again the service was amazing.

The reason I did. It give this hotel a 5 is for the little things. You have a bar/fridge set up in your room and it had upscale liquor and soft drinks but they never refilled on a daily basis. You had to call and have it restocked and it took a while to get someone to come. A bit of an inconviance when you want something in the moment. Also the maid service was good but they forgot on many occasions to leave beach towels for the jacuzzi. And for as much as everyone raves about the food we felt it was just so so. Did not care for Hiroshi at all. Gave it two separate tries and it was a no for us. Ate at the stake house and also at the Mexican restaurant and both were under par. I will say we were very disappointed that the Mexican restaurant had a buffet dinner when we were there and all the food was cold even though it was just put out. And lastly I really dislike having to make reservations early in your vacation. Some days we just didn’t know what we wanted to eat and they always have no reservations available until after 9 pm. This is why I took them down a notch. Will we go back- yes. Again the service was amazing. But it’s not quite a five star yet.

Amazing getaway

Just returned from a 5 day stay at Hotel Mousai. The property is absolutely beautiful. The views from the rooftop are stunning. Prior to our arrival they sent an email with some suggestions and deals to book prior. We payed for their VIP transportation and booked an eighty minute couples massage prior to our arrival. I highly recommend both.

The check in process had a rough start for us. I would suggest that you pack your swimsuit in a small bag with you. We arrived around 1 and didn’t get in our room until 4. If we would have had our suits or known it was going to take this long it would have been no problem.

The rooms are first class. We had a corner suit. I highly recommend upgrading to at least a corner. I think what we were told the difference between corner suite and Mousai suite is basically floor level. The higher ups have better views. With that being said, we were on floor level 4 and the view was fabulous. Room service and housekeeping was fantastic.

I highly recommend the All inclusive option. I am typically not an AI person. We always hesitate due to the fact that we like higher end liquors and food typically doesn’t deliver. This is not the case. The alcohols are all high end and the food was excellent. The only thing I would say is the wine is lacking. They have a pay per option with the wine that you can utilize. I would next time bring a couple of good bottles with me in addition.

The rooftop pool service was fantastic. They have a poolside person that takes care of chairs and towels. Our person was Rigo. He was great!! I will mention that he is not tipped with the bar staff so be sure to tip him separately either at end of trip or daily. Our pool waiter was Jose. He was fantastic as well. Ask for both of them. Jennifer is the sweetest hostess in the Terrace restaurant and rooftop as well.

We had the best spa experience. Our therapists were Aaron and Ivonne. We did the couples massage and it was amazing. Make sure to go about an hour early to use their facilities.

Remember to bring some cash for tipping. Even though most places you sign for have area to tip cash is much easier.

Prior to booking I was not aware that you are also able to use the Hotel Garza facilities. They have several restaurants and a beach.

Don’t hesitate to book. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Amazing Service

Hotel has amazing view from the pool and excellent service. Beach area is off site but a quick shuttle ride. Personally we never left the pool.Whenever we requested help or advice they were right there and happy to help. Make reservations early at the restaurants so you can get the time slot you want.

Best Hotel Ever!

This hotel is absolutely amazing in every way! First, it is visually stunning. The hotel itself is new, modern, and well taken care of. Every room has a fantastic ocean view with a spacious balcony equipped with a couch, lounge chair, hammock, and hot tub! The rooms are very spacious and well cleaned twice daily.
The STAFF were the kindest people I've ever met! Constantly saying hello and asking if you need anything, I was never left wanting for anything the entire week! They were very helpful, personable, and accommodating. I think the only room for improvement would have been that we mentioned multiple times that we were there for our wedding anniversary (while booking dinner reservations, when checking in, while speaking with the concierge), but they did not do anything to wish us a happy anniversary (ie bring us a glass of champagne, write it on our dessert plate, etc). But that's okay!
This hotel is part of a larger resort (6 towers total), but is the only one of the six that is adult's only. We were able to use the rest of the resort's pools, beach, and restaurants, but they could not use ours. This was very convenient and fun! I HIGHLY recommend the all-inclusive.
My favorite spot at the hotel was the rooftop pool and restaurant. The service was impeccable, the views were stunning, and the atmosphere was really fun. Rigo and Jesus were the BEST servers up there!
I also loved the Hiroshi sushi restaurant, the gym (which was will stocked and clean!), and the trolley to get from various parts of the resort.
This hotel is a MUST visit!!!

OMG. I now know what it feels like to be a celebrity!

I have traveled extensively over the years and have never found that perfect hotel that I wanted to return to again.
Well, I found it.
It was absolutely amazing!
The rooms and balconies are exactly like the pictures show.
So top notch.
I loved pushing my control button on the wall and the drapes opened up each morning and light jazz music comes on to show you the most beautiful views you have ever seen.
Loved ordering room service on my eye pad supplied by the hotel.
Never heard the word no.
Everything was so nice. All inclusive was well worth the money.
We stayed 8 nights and I did not want to leave.
It makes me cry to think about how heavenly it was.
Anna was our girl in the lobby. Loved her. She did everything for us.
Roof top pool most beautiful thing I have ever seen.
Roof top ladies and men were incredible.
Rigo, Ignario, Bertini, Enrique, Fabiola, Ivan, and Martin you all rock!
Thanks for taking such great care of us.
Will never forget it.
I will see you again.
If you are looking for other hotels just stop and book Mousai NOW!!!
