How to Get There
If you're looking for a great resort that has great food and ammenaties I would recommend this place. It doesn't have big shows at night but the house band is amazing. We are going back again next year because we liked it a lot.
Hacienda side (adults only) is great! Rooms are beautiful and it’s quiet. Hilton side is a totally different vibe and the rooms are very institutional. We stayed one night and happily paid for the upgrade to the Hacienda side. Pools are great and the staff are amazing! Food is okay...I think part of it is the lack of variety due to being a smaller resort, and the other is just due to making large volumes. I would recommend and potentially go back. Also loved how close it was to everything and you could walk to shopping and the Marina.
Overall Stay was OK, staff is friendly but absolutely needs to improve in service response, during the weekdays lounging by the pool I waited (I kid you not) about 15+ minutes for my drinks to arrive I found out that every waiter needs to go the same lobby bar and submit their order this explains why the delay... on weekends this somewhat changes as I saw more personnel but there is still delay. Come on Hilton you better than this! It’s time to invest in another bar station and meet your customer demands regardless of weekdays or weekends. Breakfast was repetitive, rooms need a little renovation remind me of travels in the 80’s, not bad as I’m not picky but was not satisfied with my stay as they also cut off my water... will not recommend hotel... there are better options like the RIU or Sheraton...
