Beautiful area. We were there in the Fall, but will likely return for snow and Spring. Spent some time driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, sight seeing and fishing. Local subdivisions and Timeshare resorts share an amenities center with exercise equipment, heated and seasonal outdoor pools, etc. Great vacation. I recommend this property and especially this area. Wyndham and Diamond are also here.

Nice large space nestled in the woods

We had a great stay in Sapphire Valley. The resort had lots to offer itself and there are so many things and places to go to nearby. We got lucky with our building as it seemed that some of the other units had a lot of stairs just to get to the 3 story unit. We felt safe and also secluded.

This was such an enjoyable property with easy access to many waterfalls and hiking trails. We enjoyed exploring the area of Sapphire Valley, Cashiers, Highlands, and Lake Toxaway. We drove through the Lake Lure and Chimney Rock area on the way to Sapphire Valley and ran upon the Dirty Dancing Festival. The mountain hikes are invigorating and breathtaking when you reach the top. The Blue Ridge Mountains and Nantahala National Forest are gems for the outdoor enthusiast. It is a favorite NC mountain trip!
