How to Get There
I thought this hotel was perfectly situated for most things. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu/buffet had a bit of everything and something to suit everyone and although the staff looked rushed off their feet they still found time to make coffees at the machine that was meant to be self service! Funnily enough, I judge hotels on their showers!! The water pressure was excellent and one of the best showers going. I’ll definitely return to Malta and the Palace.
Very nice hotel, nice and friendly staff, Room was fine, with a very large bet, bathtub and balcony: remember to book from 4th floor an upwards, and to include ocean view. Breakfast was fine, with fresh made eggs etc.
The 5th star would have been added if the infinity pool at the rooftop (nice view) was heated.
Booked this hotel because I have seen a very good reviews but when we arrived, realized that is not 5 star at all, I would rather say that is a 2 o 3 star hotel with the price of a 5 star hotel.
The porter didn't help us with the luggage or give us any information, useless..
Our room had a very ugly room, breakfast was simple and dinner awful.
We didn't feel that we have an extra service or something special in this hotel, so why did we pay all this money for?
definitely not coming back again.
