Fabulous resort, great location & exceptional customer service

The Mulia - this is a fabulous resort in a beautiful location. We experienced exceptional customer service from the time we arrived until our departure. At the airport, at check in and throughout our 9 day stay - staff were attentive but not intrusive - checking that we had all we needed for rest and relaxation in this incredible resort. The rooms are luxurious and quiet. Great butler service. Breakfast is amazing with a variety of cuisines to choose from, afternoon tea each day scrumptious and the choice for dinner vast - each restaurant offering a different experience that was memorable for the quality of the facility, food and service. Thank you Adam and all the staff at the Mulia for a memorable and relaxing holiday. We will be back - the doctors!

Second time at The Mulia and it did not disappoint. We have travelled around the world and we definitely believe it is one of the best resorts around the world. Highly recommend this resort. Kids friendly. Private butlers were amazing. Api and his team are the best!! Thank you very much and will be back

No, I won't touch on the 6 Stars facilities, jaw dropping breakfast, mouth watery afternoon tea, mind blowing landscaping, oceans of pools, gym that makes most gyms look bad, lobby, endless sofas, beds etc. You can see for yourself from the countless pictures posted.

What I need to point out is their beyond superb services. From the moment of your arrival, to the moment of your departure, they take care of you like family. They offer services to you in ways you could never imagine. They thought about you and your families needs and make sure they fulfill them to the maximum.

We stayed there 4 days this trip, adding to a total of 4 visits from. Addicted? Hard not to be when not only every butler and food & beverages service staff knows your entire family names and what happened in the days before. Our kid got sick this trip and the butler help us get to the hospital at 2am in the morning. The next days, every staff member asked and checked to see if she is recovering. When services come from the heart, it's makes you feel really really special.
