Privacy reigns at this central Bali property, which is home to just eight villas equipped with private plunge pools, cabanas and butler service. Balinese accessories accent the contemporary furnishings (sleek gray sofas, chunky stone floors, distressed wood paneling, glass-topped coffee tables), and large sliding doors bring the outside in. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on your private terrace overlooking the valley (the kitchen serves Western and local fare from nearby markets), and spend the sun-soaked days relaxing on a chaise longue next to your private plunge pool and feasting on ice cream, which is made fresh daily.
In the Area
Don’t expect drunken beach revelry in Ubud. This central Bali town is the island’s cultural hub, known for its royal palace, talented artisans and fertile river valleys lined with rice paddies. When you’re not lazing about by your own private pool, spend an afternoon admiring Ubud’s many crafts shops and galleries, book a daytrip to go whitewater rafting down the Ayung River, or recharge at one of the town’s many yoga studios. Don’t miss a visit to the Ubud Palace (just an eight-minute walk from the hotel), especially when it’s the backdrop for a traditional dance performance.
How to Get There
This was an amazing stay the staff were so helpful and understanding. They kept the place clean and even done more than what they should have we had a guy from the villas in charge of driving and took us around the whole day with just 50 pounds what a lovely experience if you get talking he knows so much about bali to tell you. What a wonderful time.
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful villa. With a personal pool and spacious living. It was difficult to find a reason to leave if it were not for work. The staff treated us as though we were family and were so genuine. It really was such a wonderful experience.
The place is nice, location convenient and staff helpful. Little touches like Popsicle and dessert given to us was also nice. However the room interior was a bit run down - 1. The aircond needed fixing or changing as it was not cold.2. The outdoor shower area needs a bit trimming with the plants 3. The pool should be cleaned a bit better as things was floating around in the water when we first went into it. Overall good, rooms just needs to be better maintained for the price.
Aria Villas are excellent. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa for two night with 5 people. Rooms are well kept and presented immaculately, each with a bathroom attached. There is a Trin down service each night.
Team there are very friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond.
A little further to the main stripe than originally thought but a shuttle is at your service. Breakfast is served at your villa each morning and was exceptional, food was available on request ‘room service’, however would allow at least an hour for arrival. We ordered in advance for a certain delivery time.
Also, try the in room massage for the best you will ever have!
Overall a great stay in a peaceful and luxurious setting.
Would definitely visit again and highly recommend
I love the location that not far from Ubud central but still peaceful and I get my privacy in my villa.Their breakfast is changing daily and I love the smoothies! The one that you have to do here is massage. Ibu Balik knows what she's doing and I feel so relax after the massage.
