You need to return the Lobby area to the way it was when I stayed 3 years ago. Bars in the lobby area have a last call at 10:30 pm the football and baseball games are still being played. Do not know why this was done taking the TVs out of the bars in the Lobby Area. That is the only real complaint I have everything else was FANTASTIC!

My 16th stay at your hotel

I always enjoy staying at your hotel. The rooms are clean and nice and the beds are comfortable. However, this time I was disappointed the room was very cold and the raising the thermostat did not help. I usually utilize room service quite a lot and that was lacking this stay.

I wasn't totally satisfied with the room we were given. When I checked in I requested not to be near an elevator. They gave me room #1927 which is right next to the elevators. Also I was told that they had given me an upgrade to a King Suite which was just a regular room on the 19th floor overlooking other hotels.

This was my third stay at this property and each visit seems to improve upon the next. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The property is always clean (even during my stay as they performed renovations). The renovations have made this a 'must stay' facility!

Recently Renovated and not a fan of the new digs

I am a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member and this Marriott used to be the one I used to judge others against. This is no longer the case and they have become the same as all the others. To me this was disappointing as we used to really enjoy the hotel and staff here in Indianapolis. The front desk is strange and no longer even recognizes Marriott members, the staff is all very young and untrained with multiple mistakes on check-in...the New M Club feels like a chic cafeteria and service is lacking. The new rooms are disappointing and seem like they were copied from every other brand of hotel on the market. Lighting is awful, bathroom is the only place there is a mirror and the shower is narrow and long.
