How to Get There
Kochi was the last city of our stay during our 1 week long Kerala trip. We were 4 adults and 2 kids who had a exciting vacation which was coming to an end at this city from where we had to board our flight back next morning.
And what a way to end our trip. On check-in we were told that we have been upgraded to suites (both our rooms)! Hospitality like any Trident hotel was top notch. I have always noticed the quality of hospitality of the staff at Trident is truly amazing and it continued to amaze me at Trident Kochi as well.
After coming from Munnar, we were craving for some 'good' north India food and the dinner provided us just that. Add to that a dash of extra pampering by the staff and you truly have a royal experience. The breakfast next morning was extremely well laid out, good spread almost made it appear like a gastro-tourism 1 day trip to Kochi! :D
Thank your Trident Kochi for a wonderful and excellent culmination of our exciting Kerala trip :)
Stayed here a month ago, it was amazing, staff is so friendly, the mid range hotel has good rooms, amenities for a short stay, best part is the breakfast buffet We found the banana bread and carrot cake to be very tasty and my wife wanted to know how it was made chef rohan was very kind enough to share the recipe and explained the method very clearly. Thank you chef Rohan and affi for the time.
Will be looking forward to stay in the trident group again.
Very friendly staff who were so kind. Great value for money. Superb restaurant and great service. Food needs an upgrade. The hotel is a bit cut off from actual city of Cochin, which is not a big deal if you have your own conveyance.
We stayed 2 nights here and the hotel was superbonly small which makes it better the staff were so friendly and helpful and caring for the guest i have stated all over the world in too hotels and this hotel is up there with the best where i got lovely experince of staying.
I stayed for a night towards the end of May with my wife and kids. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant and over all service of the hotel. The room was nice
What I didn’t like: -
I think the hotel is getting old. The elevator felt 20 years old. The passage to the rooms felt old.
The place is close to “not feeling like a five star”; if they do not work on it anytime soon.
The checking in and checking out was very smooth. Our daughters were gifted soft toys which was a very nice gesture.
The 5 star is for the effort put in by the staff. The property will do really well with a little renovation.
