How to Get There
We were pleasantly suprised with our 2 night visit to this property. Grace greeted us at the front desk and made us feel special. She even upgraded us to a suite. The staff and the room were superb. We chose to eat at the restaurant one evening and the food was good. We will definitely be returning. It's staff that makes an experience and people like Grace should know they are appreciated!
Been staying at this property every week M-Th since Aug ‘19 (8 months). Hotel staff and management has consistently been the worst I’ve experienced. There’s no regard to frequent / repeat business travelers. Below is a photo of the room I received upon checking-in
We visited for my brother's wedding. The event space was wonderful and the food was delicious. The air conditioning in the room was a little bit slow to change the temperature, which made it a bit tricky to fall asleep because it was pretty warm, but staff were very responsive to requests and were very helpful with everything we needed. The event went great and we had a lovely time.
This hotel is fine, rooms are ok, a little dated but ok.
However when you get in room dining make sure you check your plates, before you eat. I have discovered that some of the dishes are very dirty. This makes me think about kitchen and staff who prep and serve your food and what else is dirty? What am I eating? How was this prepped? Quality control is horrible, and needs big improvement.
Gym has it’s positives and negatives. In the morning from 5:30 - 6:30 am. gym is packed. But good thing cardio equipment and weights are in separate rooms. So you don’t have to deal with people who can’t lift and drop weights on the floor.
However cardio room is way too warm. Not sure if AC is not working properly but on warmer days it’s way too hot. They have two fans on the wall constantly working and no AC temperature control to be found anywhere.
We stayed for a dance convention. The staff was patient and friendly with the chaos. The beds were comfortable and room well appointed- had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are restaurants on site and many nearby giving lots of food options. Would stay again if in the area.
