How to Get There
We stayed for a dance convention. The staff was patient and friendly with the chaos. The beds were comfortable and room well appointed- had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are restaurants on site and many nearby giving lots of food options. Would stay again if in the area.
I stayed here with my daughter for a dance convention. Last year we had been to the same convention in another city at a different hotel chain, and this was a drastic improvement! Huge room and extremely clean, and great service throughout our stay. We visited the cafe regularly and ate at Saranello's a few times and both were good too. The staff was well prepared for the swarm of dancers to arrive, with plenty of people in the lobby helping with luggage, someone at the elevators, etc. Definitely hope we come back to this location next year.
The room was great. The dinner was good, we recommend the grilled salmon.
The staff went out of their way to help find a lost ring even after we had checked out.
A little costly for a night out but it ended up well worth it.
My daughter and I stayed here. The valet option is nice and there are many good food options. My only complaint was that the key cards were malfunctioning for many people. Try Sarrento's or Spears both are excellent
My cousin stayed here from New York for a convention, could not believe how nice it was for the price (compared to NY). The rooms were plush and good sized. The bathroom amenities were very nice with high line soaps and shampoos. On the ground level of hotel there is an attached Italian restaurant that was modestly priced and very good. Highly recommend the chicken parmesan, and the onion soup. My wife had the pistachio crusted whitefish also very good. Very happy with hotel and restaurant.
