How to Get There
This hotel has ruined all other hotels for me. It's probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. First off, the lobby is just gorgeous. they have a little fire pit with chairs around it to relax, a nice bar and restaurant (thought I did not eat in it). Check in was easy peasy. My room was super modern and clean! It wasn't tremendous, but roomy enough and had a gorgeous view. It had TV streaming which was great because I could watch netflix if I wanted (if you have a netflix account). The bathroom was spacious and even had a TV built into the mirror. I did not get room service, but I have to say, I didn't think the menu prices were astronomical at all. I also attended a conference at the hotel and I thought the service was amazing and the food was delicious at every meal. I would definitely stay here again.
I attended a convention at this hotel and convention center. The hotel has gone through some remodeling very recently and it has a very trendy and hip look and feel to it. The restaurants on site are wonderful. We ate the the steak joint and at the bar. The bartenders are very friendly and even remember your name. The parking is a little bit of a walk but the entrance to the hotel is very accessible easy to load and unload and there is staff on site to assist you.
Spent three nights here while visiting for my son's wedding. Hotel is very nice. Parking can be a little tight as there are a lot of rooms plus those there for the conventions. Elevators were fast. Rooms very clean and neat. Good price for the area too.
We stayed from March 21-25 for a dance competition so we were able to view and experience both the hotel and the convention center. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing. Huge shout out to the front desk staff especially the gentleman who worked the evening on the 21st in being so efficient and helpful in checking in 2 bus loads of guests, another huge shout out to the housekeeping staff especially ours for room 684, she was incredibly friendly and she always let me have a few extra coffee, one last one to the two shuttle drivers one is named Albert or as he says the attractive one, I didn't get the name to the second shuttle driver but on the 24th he did two trips to get all of us too and from the steakhouse for dinner. The hotel itself is very very clean and absolutely beautiful, the convention center and staff was absolutely the best and they all watched for everyone to ensure safety.
Definitely looking forward to next year and visiting again! Be sure to stop at Sam and Harry's for the royal treatment and heart stopping good food!
I stayed here while there was a dance convention and cheer competition going on. There was zero parking. Literally zero for guests. The hotel allowed the cheer thing to charge for parking so all those parents used the free guest parking and valet parking. I had to abandon my car on a curb. People were parking in handicap spots, grass, and on sidewalks. It was nuts.
My daughter picked two drinks out of the cooler at the lobby Starbucks and both were out of date by 4+ months. Do you think they checked the cooler when I told them? Nope. Do you think I paid for the drinks I did buy? Yep. See photos.
Also, there is music in the lobby, which is cool, but they close the place where you buy a coke or bottle of water. The front desk suggested I use room service. Huh?
Also, there was a ton of staff in ties watching the chaos, but no one actually doing work or trying to help guests. Check out the trash.
Oh, and the Wi-Fi is terrible.
