I was on business - proximity to airport was key ! Worked out well. Clean and spacious rooms. Was not pricey - deem it Value for Money! The restaurant serves good breakfast. Would surely recommend this property if your staying for a day or two!

Very Friendly Staff

The staffs are really friendly most specially SENDY the frontdesk who check us in. She make my family feels very good. Especially my son. This is what he told me. "Everyone here loves me so much, I like here" Truly speaking. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend this to my friends that wants to visit Chicago.

Summit Stay
Reviewed 6 days ago

I stayed at the Westin for our company Summit. The hotel was large but easy to get around in. The hotel room was spacious and I really liked the size of the shower. We did have a small issue with the cabinet room to the fridge but they fixed it super quickly which was nice. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows weren't the greatest but for one night it was fine. Our hotel room didn't smell musty but another co-workers room smelled a bit old and musty. The hotel staff was very kind and quick to help with anything we needed. The meeting rooms were actually really comfortable for temperature which is unusually but a welcomed change. Keep up with your amazing hotel staff but maybe work on changing up the beds and pillows.

Worst Westin Hotel ever

I want come back to this location. If you are on business fine one day but more then one night never. Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms every day wow four star should be two and a half. Bathroom standard nothing fancy. Pay for wifi smh. Pay for parking understand by airport. Staff front desk put words in your mouth. Some it up never stay here again. Lost my business

Lavender but no free in-room wifi
Reviewed 1 week ago

I stayed one night at the hotel due to a cancelled flight. The front desk staff was nice, the room was large, and the amenities were nice (including the bedding). They included a little lavender roll-on that was supposed to help you sleep. But I was shocked to find there was no free in-room wifi. Sure, you could get free wifi in the lobby. But otherwise it was $12 for basic 24-hour wifi.
