How to Get There
Hidden parking fees, DIRTY room, screaming kids, food on the floor outside my door for 2 days...BTW I never ordered room service, missing items from the wet bar/mini fridge, pictures online are nothing like the room we were given...I could go on and on...
Always a great opportunity to get away to Loews Chicago O'hare Hotel for an upgrade. Service, cleanliness, decor, always makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. Difficult to leave each time and get back to normal.
My husband and I stayed the night so we could enjoy a concert at the Allstate arena. The bellman seemed confused about pulling up our car and didn’t close the trunk when we pulled away. The women checking us in wasn’t helpful when we inquired about a shuttle to the arena. When we went up to our room there was a frig in the hallway among room service dishes on the floor. And it was 4 pm so there was plenty of time to clean it up. What was nice was the staff checked in on us and our stay via text and brought us wine glasses and a corkscrew at our request. Seems like good meeting space and clearly a place to stay to go to the airport.
I stay overnight at this Loews Hotel in Rosemont when ever I take in a show of smooth jazz at the hotel ( SMOOTHCHICAGO.COM). The hotel is all of 5 stars if not more.
The front desk staff is rated 5 stars on their on. I had breakfast the next morning and once again no less then 5 stars. The Price for the buffet is a little high.
Overall I will always stay at this Loews Hotel for good jazz and a good nights rest.
A wonderful business stay this week at Loews Chicago O’Hare. Always the absolutely best option for personal stay, business, event, social, or just layover in the entire O’Hare area.
This particular trip I was onsite for a meeting just three days. From start to finish the employees of Loews Chicago O’Hare were so warm, friendly, helpful, hospital, and genuine. Michelle at the Front Desk during check in was great. She was so friendly and courteous. Milena, one of the Housekeepers on my floor, was very helpful and such a delight. The food & drink selection in the lobby restaurant, Ashburn, is expansive. I particularly like the salads, but every time I order them someone else in my party orders a burger with the amazing fries. I then always say “wish I got that too”. The staff serving everyone from Bar to Dining room are all excellent. Angelina, Zarqa, and Rujiin all made such an impression during our several meals in Ashburn. All so very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are recently upgraded and are so comfortable, modern, and fresh. A really peaceful stay, not even realizing you are a short distance from O'Hare. Even overlooking a massive park with river. It's really just a gem.
During our meeting in the event space we had the pleasure of being attended to by Karol. Karol is from Poland who is the proud papa of a newborn. He cares about taking care of guests like family. It is impressive the attention he gives. Such a true definition of hospitality, Karol is.
Everyone from the General Manager to the entire team is happy to have you at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel. You really feel it in what they do and how they deliver. I will most definitely be back! Love this place.
