How to Get There
Recently had a two night stay for business at this Hyatt property. Jose Ramos at the front desk was beyond helpful and found a room for me (early check in) that was very appreciated by this tired traveler. This property has a nice size gym, two restaurant options and good customer service in my opinion. Dylan, also at front desk and Regency club desk was exceptionally helpful and proactive. The club staff, restaurant and bar staff all were professional and I felt welcome. My room was a duplex suite and loved the separation between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room/office set up. Highly recommended, and definitely ask for a room facing Downtown. I was concerned I could hear the doors opening/closing outside the bedroom door, but luckily didn't have any issues either Friday or Saturday nights. The shuttle service to airport was convenient and I like the outlet center walking distance to have something to do to get off property. If your plans require a stay near or at O'hare, this is a good option.
Noisy small and overpriced. Requested a quiet room and the maintenance staff was drilling for an hour. I could hear the room next to me. The room was insanely small for $250 a night. Only had a small stand up shower. Will never stay here again.
The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago is truly dreadful. There was no heat in my room, the room was dirty and run-down. My colleague had a cockroach in her bathroom. Even the hallways are disgusting. This hotel needs a complete renovation.
