Well located and fun atmosphere
Ryan M

The W opens to a bar in the lobby which is what this hotel is all about...fun. It's an older building and was remodeled about as good as you can...I was in an upgraded room however they are still small with no closet or storage space. I took advantage of the concierge service and Eden was able to coordinate everything from transportation, to reservations to flowers in our room upon arrival.

3-star hotel look and experience
nrubensne

Upon arrival, we had to walk through a super noisy club atmosphere with some serious strobe-lights in order to reach the reception. We were originally given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Expect more of a 3-star hotel look and experience when booking. The rooms weren't very impressive and it was impossible to reach the concierge whenever we called from the hotel room.

Big breakfast

If you have a large appetite then take it to City Cafe!
We fly into Chicago the night before so we didn't eat a whole lot the day prior. We decided we'd go get breakfast to fill our tummies.
Good food but too much for us! We just don't eat like that. We should have shared a plate.
I had the 2-2-2 which is 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage, and 2 French toast or pancakes. I ate 2/3 of my meal.
