Did a pre paid room and decided to upgrade. Big mistake! The hotel said $20 a night but fails to convey that they will now double charge you for tax, service and facility fees on the double room ; which you already paid on the pre paid room!

Tack $15 Per night on top of your reservation "facilities fee"

Paid on Cancelon, then asked to pay another $15 per night on top of that fee. Room is dated and small, not really all that great. Booked due to online pictures but I saw nothing that spectacular about the hotel nor the "facilities" I didn't use or find any that were of use. Location is nice but you can get that anywhere. Really not worth the price. Parking is also high if you needed it, we used a parking garage elsewhere. Room quality about the same as a Motel 6.

Great weekend hotel!

My daughter booked this for a mother-daughter weekend trip and we throughly enjoyed this wonderful hotel and it’s location. The location is perfect to all the best stores in Chicago, and we were able to walk and shop to our hearts delight! Our double room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated. The bar area offered comfortable and cozy seating with great service and the small restaurant was convenient to grab a quick breakfast before shopping. Will definitely return to this hotel!
