Great Location with Wonderful Amenities for a Business Hotel

This is a great hotel if you are doing business in the Loop area. The Italian restaurant, The Florentine has become a local hang out being open for breakfast through dinner with nice happy hour specials. The lobby is set up to be a convenient place to meet people or to wait between meetings. The rooms are nice and a good size and sounds are buffered so it is quiet. The work out room has plenty of newer equipment and is clean. The service is structured for business travelers and foreign tourists. Cabs are easy to catch by the front door and it is walking distance to the opera, theatre district and shopping and several museums are not far.

Nice hotel downtown

Conference was at the JW Marriott, so I decided to check out the rooms. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. A little small, but overall, a functional space. Good business hotel close to the financial district.

Enjoyed our stay- would definitely book again.

Easy check in, very friendly. Room was nice, 2 comfortable beds, nice linens Good size bathroom, double sinks, TV in mirror( impressed my teen son).
Tired the 1st night so dined at the Lobby Lounge. Great happy hour with $5 appetizers and happy hour wine. Our server Dan was so great to us, even wrote down some restaurants and sights. He brought my son a birthday dessert that was delicious ( Choc candy cake!)
Executive Lounge was way too small. Standard breakfast offerings, nice, but nothing outstanding. Enjoyed the cappuccino machine.
Great location , Walking distance to restaurants ( Giordanos pizza is 5 min walk) and CIBC Theatre ( 7 min walk- if seeing Hamilton).
7/11 next door for water, snacks, even wine/beer.
Staff was beyond nice and helpful.
* they sent a special treat for my son’s birthday to room.
