How to Get There
Friendly staff, beautiful decor in the middle of everything. The view from our room was AMAZING! The Starbucks in the lobby was also a nice touch. Will definitely be returning. Sorry to take so long to review.
Rooms are OLD, outlets are few, lighting is horrible, beds were lopsided, room service wouldn't leave us drinking glasses, 2 bathrooms, one's shower was blocked by toilet, LOUD, room service food was disgustingly bad (except for breakfast)
Very nice room. Came with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Wide chaise. Plenty of outlets. There is a luggage check which is convenient. And now I think I will just ramble on til I reach the 200 character min.
Overpriced, unfriendly staff, excessive upcharges at every turn, regret on this place, pool was decent, be sure to ask about parking and park somewhere else, just not what we expected, only nice perk was 2nd bathroom and pool
I wanted to like the hotel - I really like Beaux Arts architecture and the building is beautiful. Seems like the food outlets are popular, though I ate elsewhere and can't comment.
However, pretty much the entire rest of my stay was disappointing; the room product needs updating, the housekeeping effort is lackluster at best (congealed coffee creamer and stained sheets? No thanks), and the rooms are noisy as all get out. On top of it all, the hotel charges for same-day luggage storage.
I won't be coming back next time.
