A great hotel at a perfect location!

Warwick hotel is a real gem in the heart of Champs-Elysees, just a few steps from George V station and it is the ideal place if you want to have a safe and enjoyable stay in Paris. Many shops, cafes, restaurants are around you, most of them open until 11 pm or midnight, the place is vivid and many famous sights are within walking distance. This is a small luxury 4 stars hotel, with big, spacious, quiet and very clean rooms (they had our room done twice a day and every night a small chocolate treat was on our bed). Our room was on the 5th floor, with separate bathroom and toilete, two wardrobes and free coffee and tea facilities, and a big balcony. The service is great and all the members of the staff (the receptionists, the bellboys, the maids) are polite and helpful with a friendly smile. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to this hotel is breakfast-it was expensive and average and we expected it to be much better and tastier, with bigger variety. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Our Golden 50years Ruined

Well, our first and last choice for this Hotel.
Checked in and the receptionist said she had a beautiful room for us, my question is, why bother to say that!! The room showed to us was disgusting, floor stains, curtains torn and stained, paintwork damaged, just terrible, this was 330euros per night, not worth 100 and I don't care if someone says, but it's Paris, someone was not doing his/her job by inspecting the rooms, anyway it was not acceptable and ask for a change of room, we were upgraded to an executive room, well it was larger and a bit cleaner, but still very tired/tatty, marble floors in toilet and bathroom stained with water and pee,
Damaged paintwork everywhere. Outside terrace never cleaned, cigarette burns on chairs.
To crown it all, today 7th June at 11am ask for our room to be cleaned, low and behold on our return at 3pm the room was not even touched. So to the owners/management, our stay was the worst ever anywhere.
The advertising for your hotel is far from the truth.

The best service ever!

We had a situation with a hotel that did not offer what was agreed and we were in the need to find a hotel for the same day. The lady at the front desk, understood what we were going through and helped us at all times to get the room we were looking for. She offered us an option including breakfast. She went with us to the room and personally took care that everything was fine. We are very grateful for the help since it was our first time in Paris with our daughter.
