How to Get There
I stayed here for a few nights in September and staying here was a good choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and although the hotel bar wasn't a particular lively place it was very nice to stop in and have a night cap and lovely chat with the bartender. Rooms are spacious for Paris standards and well appointed. Its in a great location a few blocks from Luxembourg Park as well as shops and restaurants. I heard that it's going to be remodeled soon which is sad as I really enjoyed my stay and thought it was quite lovely.
We only stayed here one night unfortunately but would have loved to stayed longer.
The hotel staff were very helpful and provided us with lots of information. It was our minimoon and the hotel gave us each a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate this, which was really kind of them. The bar menu although expensive was very good. The room was very comfortable and quirky, split on 2 levels with doors on both the 4th and 5th floor.
We didn't order breakfast as we wanted to eat outside in the Latin quarter but it all looked delicious.
After a full say walking round Paris the hotel kept our luggage and offered for us to freshen up in the toilet before leaving for our flight.
I booked this hotel in August, at check in no people to take luggages. We took ourselves to room. We booked deluxe room but they gave us one of our room standard. Very old hotel and the rooms not very clean. I can give maximum 3 stars.
