This is my first time staying at this hotel. I am a Marriott Bonvoy elite and did not want (to believe the reviews that I read prior to traveling. My business meetings were close by...15 min.... so I thought I would give it a chance. NOT A GOOD VALUE. Very disappointing.... room was small and not well appointed or clean, front desk service was not appreciative of my status with Bonvoy or even as I guest, the food was mediocre, and the overall experience was tired and drab. Very sad that the Westin team would put there name on a property like this. SAD. This could be a show place. Not coming back

Beautiful Hotel! Great Location!

We spent 7 nights in late October at the Westin. The location is perfect— centrally located and a minimal walk to several main attractions; 10 minutes to the Louvre, and a 20 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower.
We had a Deluxe Room with a queen bed, which was very comfortable. The room was spacious enough for two people and felt larger with the vaulted ceiling. It included an armoire, desk, reading chair, mini fridge and safe. The bathroom was an adequate size including a shower with plenty of water pressure.

I dined at Le First restaurant on two occasions. The food was very good, and the service was impeccable. I recommend having drinks or a snack at Tuileries Bar.

The only reason that I did not give the Westin a five star rating was due to the noise from the adjacent room on two separate nights. I usually don’t complain, but we could clearly hear the television in the next room after midnight. I called concierge both nights to complain, and within 20 minutes, the situation was resolved.

Centrally located, walking distance to most tourist attractions. If you get the Junior Suite with a view, you get to enjoy the sights of Jardin des Tuileries, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower from your private balcony. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. I personally don't like the quality and the scent of the bathroom products. The hotel can get over-crowded especially during check-in and check-out. It seemed like forever. I got stuck in the elevator alone for a short while. I was scared. I never rode the side elevator again. The food at Le First and Le Bar was okay but not great. Breakfast is the same every single day we were there. They serve rice though. Excellent Concierge service. I I'd give it a 4-star rating.
