Find another hotel

Let me start by saying the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are big and while old they are comfortable. The first night upon going to bed, I found dried blood on the pillowcase and through to pillow. All I can say is yuck. Trudged downstairs and I did get a new pillow. Manager apologized and said she would make it up to me later when I was more comfortable but then that was that. At checkout we got one additional apology after commenting on the pillow. Oh well. As one other reviewer wrote, water pressure in shower is almost non-existent. The walls are thin so noise from hallway and elevators can be heard. We stayed in a smaller boutique hotel at start of our Paris vacation which surpassed this hotel in every way. Only reason we stayed here now was to make it easier for Easter brunch (which was amazing)!

Great room, best location

This hotel was very accommodating for a large family, nicely done, very elegant. The food is excellent at the hotel and the views are great. We are huge spg/ Marriott people and this topped our list around the world, esp for a westin, (could almost be a st regis). Stay here, you’ll be happy!

Large hotel, great location

One of our rooms was on the street and we watched the Tour de France from the room. The valet also stored our bikes for us. Had room service, was prompt well we watch the tour. Several restaurants at the hotel also. Great location, we walked most places. We were there three nights and the one room you could also see the Eiffel Tower.

Expensive

Lovely big and spacious rooms with very big queen beds which was very comfortable. Bathroom was ok but bath tub looked very old and worn which made it look a bit dirty. Room service was overly expensive for very small portions which was ok but not worth the money. Communication with room service was also a bit of a problem.

Lovely days

The location is great, staff were lovely (rare in Paris) and our room was bigger than I was expecting. The window looked out onto the main road which was noisy at night but it was middle of summer so the A/C drowned out the traffic. I was very impressed and would stay here again.
