Contemporary decor, good location, friendly service

Oversized room, good size bathroom, clean, very quiet although overlooking a busy street due to thick glass. Nice bar area and friendly staff at front desk and bar. Overall, a very good choice within an easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs de Elysees and many restaurants including McDonald's, Starbucks and Burger King if you are inclined.

We stayed here for a few nights and wished we had given the city and the hotel more time. Very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the subway system. Hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was quiet and kept very clean. Workout room included a cycle bike which was similar to the ones in my local gym and not the cheap kind most hotels put in.

Goof location, great staff.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of June for business. It's close to the Arc de Triomphe and has good access to public transport. Room was delightful. Staff were excellent. Would recommend it to a friend.

Great location, modern, spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Highly recommend this property. I am a SPG member so I am not sure if this contributed to the high level of customer service but I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. Maria and Melissa from customer relations were great, as were everyone we encountered from bell hop to doorman to waiters. It happened to be my birthday and my kids were ecstatic when a small dessert platter in the room compliments of the hotel to help us celebrate. We had also stayed at the Westin Vandome (couldn't get a full week in 1 hotel booked last minute), which was also beautiful but I wish we had been able to stay the full week at the Renaissance.

We were here primarily for business but also with the intention of doing a little sight seeing. Check in was strait forward and a mix up with bookings ( no balcony) was quickly and efficiently rectified. The soundproofing in the rooms is amazing, I have never stayed anywhere with so little disturbance from fellow guests. Beds and bedding very good and changed daily along with towels. The ‘top up’ system for the mini bar and beverages is a bit hit and miss despite leaving written requests and calls to reception, we never did get any English breakfast tea delivered or our wine replenished. The concierge Analyse is very informative and helpful with trip planning. Our main disappointment was breakfast. I know it was a busy weekend, but the poor staff were run off their feet and stood no chance of keeping up with demand for replenishments. The lazy Susan’s really do not keep the hot offerings more than luke warm but the choices are adequate when they are kept topped up. The outside space is very pleasant. I would stay here again as the positives by far out weigh the negatives and we felt well looked after by all the staff.
