Always one!

I visit Paris on a regular basis and this is the first time I have stopped at the Pullman in Bercy. For me and my family our stay was ruined by one member of staff who has no customer service skills at all. What made it worse was the fact we later found out she was the manager/supervisor of the cafe area in the foyer. She made us all feel uncomfortable and my wife felt intimidated. We came back to our hotel after a wondiful day in Paris to relax with lovely hot chocolate in our hotels cafe area (well this is what we thought we would do) on the way back we passed a lovely shop that sold different biscuits so we purchased some. Like you do in this wondiful city. On arrival at our hotel we sat down and ordered 6 hot chocolate just like the ones we had the night before. Whist we waited for our drinks we though we would try our recent purchase. Well what a mistake that was! The cafe manager sent one of her staff over to tell us off! Then she kept throwing dirty looks over our way every time she walked past. In the end I had to speak with the hotel manager who said we were more than welcome to relax and enjoy our purchase of a biscuit! Suprising our hot chocolate arrived late and was nothing like the one we had the night before. I would like to add the rest of the staff were amazing and it is such a shame they were let down by one individual.

Pullman at Bercy

Conveniently located to the Accor Arena at Bercy, the Pullman has comfortable and well equipped rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the catering staff who went to a great deal of trouble to provide for my various food allergies.

Lovely hotel, perfect for business or pleasure

Friendly staff and English speaking, breakfast was great and they had a wonderful cafe with an amazing wine selection. The hotel is very clean and modern and walking distance to non-touristy cafes and a small grocery. The area seemed very safe and full of commuters and families. A great way to see the everyday Paris.
