Stay here on business when i can (it’s often booked and doesn’t fit last minute)

As SPG I often get upgrade, but even the standard rooms are a good size for Paris

Lovely atmosphere and superb service

Good gym with lots of aerobic equipment and weights

La scene is fabulous

The bar serves good cocktails....if a little slow. Barman recommended a great martini

A Gem. My wife and I recently visited Paris for the first time. Being Starwood members, we selected this hotel because of positive reviews and its reputation for luxury. We were thrilled by our choice and would return again without hesitation. The staff was friendly, professional and so very helpful! The room accommodations were tasteful and ever so comfortable!! The food is excellent. The neighborhood is spot on for other luxury French Hotels as well as the best French Designer stores, other retail, and restaurants, The Opera House is near. We found it a great location for venturing out to our other planned excursions. Super place...wanna go back!

The Prince de Galles is a class act. From the minute you step in the doors you feel that you are in good hands. Centrally located, this five star hotel had undergone a total remodeling and it looks brighter and lighter. To me, I find the lobby a bit austere even though the seating was comfortable. The beautiful orchid display was the highlight of the space.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so the reception sent us to the Art Deco bar for complimentary beverages while we waited.
Our room was beautifully appointed spacious and comfortable. Luxury linens and soft fluffy towels. Bathrobes, and an abundance of toiletries were artfully displayed in the bathroom. I appreciated the bathtub as well as an enclosed shower but was disappointed that there was only a single sink.
As SPG Platinum members we were given daily complimentary breakfast. This is a nice gesture since breakfast and in general the food though delicious, is costly.
Service is impeccable and the staff call you by your last name.
My husband asked the bellman for directions to an electronic store because he needed new mouse for his laptop computer. The bellman immediately suggested that he would be happy to pick one up for him. After enquiring what type my husband preferred the ‘mouse’ was delivered to our room twenty minutes later. Now that is what I call service!

Amazing stay! The front desk surprised us with champagne and a delicious birthday cake upon arrival and the breakfast was just out of this world. Sometimes it was hard to get the attention from the busy breakfast hosts but when the perfectly prepared eggs arrived they were well worth the wait. I have forgotten the name of the woman letting us in to the breakfast but she was so sweet and lightened up our mornings. We loved the gym that provided a high tech training environment with free headphones, apples and cool bottled water.

My wife and I had the pleaseure of staying at the Prince de Galles for our 25 anniversary and were completely impressed. We have traveled extensively and stayed at some of the most luxurious hotels in the world and Prince de Galles fits right in with the best of the best. Fanny the Guest Experience Manager was more than helpful in making our stay truely special. As was the entire concierge staff, most notably Jean-Christophe. We can't wait for our return visit next year.
