Very disappointed

We stayed here for 3 nights. Was advised as a 4 star hotel, but the room was so small we could barely walk between the wall and the beds. There was no cable TV. I was charged for all my local phone calls. The people behind the desk were rude and very unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Stayed here April 22 - 26. Would stay again; helpful staff, nice ambience & well located - metro station across the road - one minor plumbing issue sorted with a smile - 5 stars.
Breakfast in hotel was good - good food & drink close by in pedestrianized street..

AC only 2-3 months in the year !!

Stayed at this hotel because of location and reviews. The good stuff first. Staff was very nice. Hotel very clean, room service left the room impeccable every day. Complimentary water on the first day. Breakfast was fantastic and the ladies that worked the breakfast room were excellent. They will make you an espresso. But they don’t make a latte or cappuccino, even though the machine is the same they use to mKe the espresso. But that’s a minor thing. Those ladies were great. Location is very good. Close to two metro stations that will take you everywhere. Cadet street has quite a few restaurants that are very good and even a market a block away. Bathroom quite small, but I can deal with that.
The bad. The AC WAS OFF!!!! We complained to the front desk that there was no AC. On the first night the gentleman said that the AC was off and the person who could turn it on was not coming in until two days later. But that he could give me two fans. Two days later, still no AC. Another gentleman at the front desk, very nicely told me that they only turn the AC 2-3 months out of the year. And there was no one coming to turn it on. So the night guy lied to us. During the day the temps. hit 80, and it didn’t get much cooler until probably 1-2 AM.
He further said we should do it the Parisian way, and open the windows. He said that’s what Europeans do. I had to stop him because I was raised in Europe through my teens and I know how Europeans live. Moreover, I have been to Paris 7 times, and never had issues with AC in hotels that advertised Air conditioned rooms, like this one. I suggested that they should then change their website to reflect “Air Conditioned rooms only three months out of the year.” Two families were checking out at that time and they also complained that it was hot in their rooms. We couldn’t sleep well and were really tired the next day, which affected our sightseeing. And apparently most of the hotel had the same problems because see my pictures of the windows of the rooms almost all of them open. And the two fans they gave us.
Great hotel to stay during winter.
Did not like that they did nothing to accommodate many of their guests with regards to AC, and also lied about it. But great location, great staff, fantastic breakfast, and fantastic housekeeping. Think Winter.

Great Hotel. Great for Families.

I had a trip to France with my family. The hotel location was very convenient. The service was great. Everyone was nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I forgot my glasses there and they found it and sent it back to me. I paid for the postal service. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitant to stay here.

This hotel is located in a good area... middle clas in Paris close to a metro station and no far away from different plcaes in Paris. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful.
A bit noisy in the night from the others visitors.
