Great location and value

Easy 10 minute walk from Gare Saint Lazare and 2 minutes from Rome Metro. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the lift and the manager carried my bag down 3 flights of steps! Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around. Very pleasant stay at affordable price.

This was my 4th time in Paris but my first time staying at this hotel. We arrived fairly late and the front doors were locked so we had to stand outside for 10 minutes until we’d had enough and rang their ‘emergency’ number and got let in.

The downstairs area is nice and modern. I think it looks different to the photos but is still nice. However we did find throughout our whole stay that we never saw anyone in the downstairs bar area not the restaurant area. This was a shame as it would have been nice to have some atmosphere but it was like a ghost town.

Our room was nice and looked similar to the photos. Again it didn’t look the same and the room is much smaller in person but myself not my boyfriend were bothered by that. The bathrooms are absolutely lovely and modern!

The walls of the hotel are incredibly thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in nearby rooms..... which isn’t the best in some situations.....! The hotel is on the train tracks but we never had a problem with that as our room was facing the opposite side of the hotel.

The hotel is about a 34 minute walk from the Arc De Triomphe. We walked it a couple of times and it’s not a bad walk. There’s a few cafes near the hotel but other than that it’s a fairly dull area. They have room service but it’s quite expensive for what you get.

Overall the hotel is lovely and is worth a short stay if you’re coming on a city break. Next time I’d possibly pick a hotel closer to the attractions as we spent a lot of money on Uber and the nearest decent station is a 20 minute walk

Also the bed is incredibly comfy!

Nice room design but very small room. Hotel on a main road which can be noisy.

Booked my room directly and asked for a quiet room. On arrival I asked I had been given a quiet room but I was given one facing the main road so after I insisted she changed to another room facing the courtyard. The room was nicely designed but small and cramped. No toiletries provided just a bar of soap and a fixed shower gel. The bed was very comfortable. TV as in most of France is mainly French bar 2 US news channels with poor reception. I paid for a breakfast which was nice. The hotel is a 15 min walk to Sacre Coeur.

Would stay again

Hotel is in a good location, only a few minutes walk from the metro station Rome. Although it is near the rail line we heard absolutely no noise coming from the trains from our room. However we did hear noise from other rooms such as when someone showered or flushed the toilet but this didn’t bother us too much. The room was compact but nice, only downside is that the walls could have done with a lick of paint.
