Good Hotel, Aweaome Staff

we went to this hotel for some days, room was clean, neighborhood was good, but one night robbery happened to us at street unfortunately. Ms. Myriam helped us very much. I appreciate it. Hotel was absolutely quiet and we were relaxed there at any hour. we had good time at hotel but not good time at Paris. hotel is almost near attractions.

Good Location
Reviewed 3 months ago

The hotel is situated at a very good location with lots of eateries around. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

I found the room small but enhanced on the 8th floor as compared to the room for the handicapped - 2nd floor which was bigger when I stayed there earlier.

Do consider Mercure Montmartre which looks newer and near Moulin Rouge which is also convenient.

Nice hotel good location

We came quite late. Nice and friendly welcoming. Room was neat and tidy but a little small. Beds are very good so you will wake relaxed. We had one breakfast because of the price 18€ and it was not worth money. No fruits (only mixed fruit compot) or vegetables only just some really white bread, ham, cheese and chocolate croissants, raw and scrumbled eggs with small sausages. Some of the staff noticed you when you left or came in but some did not do a thing to lift face from data. This happened also when we left, we both said thank you and good bye (twice) but anyone of those four persons who stood beside the desk did not notice us. But maybe it is a french habit. When you work as custom service so you have to at least somehow notice customer and I mean there is no need to crawl on the floor. Learn it from an older man who was a night portier, he has right attitude and touch to handle customers. Hotel has good location. Bus stops/metro stations are near and you can easily also walk to the center and tourist attractions. Behind the corners are nice small restaurants and bars and prices are very reasonble. Walk also to the other side of the railways so you find there very nice and different area.

Nice Rooms

My hubby and I stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend. Staff were very pleasant, the lounge area is nice. The rooms are clean and they replaced the towels, coffee etc each day. All in a nice hotel.

Adjoining room faff
Reviewed 4 months ago

We booked this hotel on Booking.com because of an offer for "Adjoining rooms", as we were travelling with our 2 children. On arrival we were told that our rooms were on the 8th and 6th floor. When I questioned this and showed our confirmation that stated "Adjoining Rooms" we were met with shrugged shoulders and an excuse that "Adjoining" does not mean next to each other in French! Despite our protestations that this was complete nonsense, were had to give in as it was late and had little chance of finding another hotel with the rooms we wanted. We did, after the 1st night get moved to rooms on the same floor at least but not adjoining or connected in any way. Do not book this hotel if you want connecting or adjoining rooms. Apart from this annoying faff, the hotel was OK but with very small rooms. The breakfast was better than expected and the location is OK for central Paris (20-30 minute walk), with lots of nice bars and eateries near by.
