8 night business trip to Paris

I stayed here for 8 nights on business and informed the hotel in advance that I would need to check in early around 8am to have a quick shower before my 930am meeting. Thankfully they prepared and accommodated my request and I was able to check in early with no issue / extra charge. Hotel location is great, located 3 mins walk to the Richelieu - Drouot metro station and about 10-15mins walk to Opera and the big shopping malls, Galerie Lafayette / Printemps. On 1 or 2 days, housekeeping forgot to provide me with a bottle of water but otherwise I had no issues. Room was clean although the toilet area and shower was quite tight. I wished they had taken away some space from the room and put it towards the bathroom. After the 3rd or 4th night, the main elevator broke down and was not repaired even after I had checked out. This was quite a hassle as I had specifically booked a hotel with a working elevator to all floors. In the end, I had to take my luggage down to the first floor using another elevator (there are 2 in the hotel but only 1 goes to the ground floor where reception is located) and then carry all my luggage down 1 floor by myself. Overall, I'd consider staying at this hotel again but only if the elevator is working properly and if I need to be in this area again for business.

this is my 2nd time to Paris and also my second time staying at this hotel. it's the best hidden gem and is in the BEST location. close to everything within walking distance and the rooms are super cute! Laurinda is the best - always so pleasant and very welcoming. Julien is also very nice and made sure to put me in a nice quiet room :) will definitely be back. thank you!

Well located, clean, premium type, Mercure Opera Louvres as quite large rooms for Paris, well equiped with coffee mqchine, mini bar with soft drinks, and few other things.

Terrasse are nice on top of hotel if you take a premium room.

Breakfast is wide and fresh.

330 euros/night with breakfast for 2 people for a premium room with terasse during the week (Not the week end) is expensive even if hotel is quality
