Budget Hotel Not a 4 star experience!
Reviewed 2 days ago

The hotel was clean, and centrally located. The rooms are very small and the beds are not very comfortable. I expected more and got less. This is NOT a 4 star hotel!

It has taken about a week to recover from the uncomfortable bed. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of 3/4” plywood. None of the other three 4 star hotels were like this one. Buyer beware!

Cosy and modern

We are so happy with this choice of hotel. Located with walking distance to many “must do’s” but on a cross street which provided a quiet atmosphere.
The room was just enough of everything. Cosy, comfortable and modern. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but the comfortable bed totally compensated.
Staff was very friendly and service minded and the check in and checkout process extremely fast and hassle free.
We will definitely consider this hotel for our future trips to Paris.

Comfortable and convenient

My family and I stayed here for three nights and just loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. We were greeted at the entrance by lovely English speaking staff who were more than happy to help us out. We did try to speak French (we were practising on the plane) but there was no need. The rooms are very comfortable (although smaller than we’re used to in Australia) and very clean. The Buffett breakfast was just great especially when you have a full day of touring. Transport, dining, supermarkets and shopping is only a short walk away. I thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel.

Warm Hospitality

The Team very hospitable and helpful, be it at Reception or at Breakfast time.
Breakfast ; nice selection and good choice of food. Great Location, easy access and good shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. Room small, not very spacious, bathroom minimalist, amenities in room too basic. As a frequent user , very often disappointed with the room comfort.

Great location for shoppers

The hotel is crowded mainly due to its great location next to Galeries Lafayette and other stores. I had requested an early check in but had to wait for 4 hours as there were no rooms available. The rooms are tiny and the rest is pretty much standard Mercure (3 star level amenities, good but basic service levels etc.). Basically if you plan to use the hotel for just sleeping and be out shopping and eating the whole time it’s fine. Honestly, for me it’s a little overpriced and there are much better hotels in the area at these prices.
