Great location, nice breakfast and friendly, helpful staff
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Hotel is clean, and quiet, full hot breakfast with freshly baked pain au chocolat and croissants - these were a welcome and tasty treat each morning. Staff are friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations, directions and ordered our taxi. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Can’t beat the location, which is a two-minute easy walk to saint lazare station, galleries Lafayette, mont martre - just jump on the metro and go!

Awoukd stay here again!

Excellent location and great service to discover Paris

we stayed at the Mercure for a couple getaway in the City of Lights.

The location is very convenient (you have a lots of train station within 500m from the hotel).
You are right in the middle of the city close to the Galeries Lafayette / Printemps / Opera Garnier / Seine banks / Concorde / Champs Elysee...

You have tons of restaurants around the hotel, so that you will not have enough of 1 week to try them all....

The hotel has been completely refurbished and is very nicely decorated.

Advise to get a Privilege room since the free Nespresso and Mini-bar, the larger room comes handy and cheap for the additional price.

The gym is very nice and you have access to a sauna and hammam with lockers !

The breakfast is ok, not breathtaking but of quality to get a good start of the day... eventually a good value for money, since you get charged only 9.5 euros / person.

The hotel is really full of charm, the staff welcomes you with a smile and this is the perfect base to discover Paris.

Because of the historical area, the hotel may have very narrow corridor, not suitable if you have mobility issues.

Will definitely come back !

Kind welcome

When I arrived at the hotel early morning after a long trip and i was very happy to meet a professional, caring and enthusiastic staff at the reception with their smart phone for check-in and out. Amazing... I was in the lobby for about two hours waiting for my room but i was fine because they gave all attention to me as Platinium and to all customers.

Great location: small room but in good condition

Location is no.1 as it's somehow calm despite being right in the centre of Paris where everything is happening!Check-in was easy, very polite staff, not too much attention, not too little...just perfect for a business trip. The room is small but having said that, was enough for myself and most importantly, it was clean and in good condition.
