We loved your hotel - location, newly upgraded. friendliness of employees - everything! And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful!! Glad we found you! (I had stayed at same location 35-40 years ago. Hotel is under newer management, but location the same and condition of hotel is excellent!)

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor, cleanliness with view of Rasphail. This was a small room but nowhere near the smallest we have stayed in on the continent. We were very comfortable.
The hotel offers breakfast on the main floor. You can also have a drink in the lobby.
The staff was exceptional! They booked a hop on hop off bus for us (which has a stop just around the corner on Montparnasse Blvd). They also printed train vouchers and called a cab for travel to Gare Nord for a day trip.
Staff was also knowledgeable on the area , and if they couldn't answer a question they got an answer for you.
Hotel is a short walk from Luxembourg Gardens which is suitable for jogging.
Within walking distance to the Seine River, Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.

Vert comfortable and well placed

Great hotel following the positive points of the Mercure and Accor standards. One point to review is the ventilation system, the room was a little bit warm and it was kind of difficult to manage the air conditioner/heater.

Nice Hotel, good location
Reviewed 4 months ago

The hotel located about 100 meters from a metro station.
Friendly and efficient staff members, the dining room was great with good fresh food, good coffee, my wife (which had her birthday)was treated with macaroons tray to our room (on the house). Clean and simple rooms. The only room for improvement is that because the rooms were small there could be better storing facilities for cloths (such as more room to hang cloths) we had no room to hang our wet coats from the rain, there were no drwars next to the bed nor in the table and the closet was so small that you couldn't fit in a standard size hanger. No doubt the lack of storing options in the room hurt the prestigeness of the hotel.
Regardless, we'll be happy to come back again.

Good location

Hotel is in a good location with lots of cafes and eateries nearby. Public transport in paris is very easy and cheap and there are multiple metro's withing 5 -10 minute walk of the hotel. (Valvin is the closest)
Rooms are small but clean and if you are not planning to spend much time in your room like we didn't not an issue at all. Staff are very friendly.

Ignore reviews saying that it is difficult to get from Gard Du Nord to here on metro!! There is a walk when you get to the station to the eurostar area but it is not as bad as I had read it to be! 10 minutes max inside the station and very easy as all signposted. We paid 65euro for a taxi from eurostar to hotel when we could have paid just a few euros.
