Not amazing not terrible

Average hotel, get what you pay for in comparison to the other hotels. We paid £300 for a standard double room for 2 nights via booking.com which was very reasonable compared to others online. The rooms are small and need a facelift, but the bed was super comfy.

Location is next to the Eiffel Tower, I personally don’t think this is the best place to stay if you want lots of bars and restaurants and more atmosphere- the notre dame area is better for this. However if the tower is what your visiting Paris for then there is no better location!

Excellent location- friendly staff

We had a one night stay here to enjoy the Eiffel tower - we got up early and visited the tower just after 10am so there was only a short question for tickets on the lift to the summit = result!
The staff were very welcoming and helped us feel relaxed and looked after - my grandson wanted to play football on the pitch he had seen from the tower and I realised it was opposite our hotel with encouragement from the concierge and the security/car parking attendants he took his football and wore his football boots to the Centre Sportif Emile Anthoine building and asked a women who we saw in reception - she agreed that he could plan and explained how to find the pitch - my grandson had an hour of football and for about 15minutes a couple of the men training during their lunch break played with him. He was one exceedingly happy but tired young man but very grateful that the hotel had helped him.

The location is perfect. However the staff while experienced they have no heart or enthusiasm. We found guests sleeping in the main lobby two days in a row. We were giving inaccurate times for our room to be ready. We waited hours, as did many others. We felt we were more of a nuisance a necessary evil of the staffs job, rather than a welcomed guest. Other than not feeling welcomed. Again the location is great. We paid for the upgraded room but the view was awful. So we basically paid an extra 20.00 for a bottle of orange juice, 2bottles of soda and a water. It’s very close to an underground. And wonderfully close to the Eiffel.
