I stayed here with family for a week during our trip to Paris.

The hotel is in an excellent location. the metro line 6 which brings you straight to the eiffel tower is just in front of the door.

The staff were extremely friendly and accomdating.
A special word of thanks to Jean-Francois who went out of his way to make our stay an unforgettable one!

A bientot j’espere!

A good, solid base

A slightly bland but comfortable hotel, at realistic prices for Paris and with easy access to the metro and to Gare Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon.

The room was small but well equipped, fresh and clean with everything in good working order.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the gluten free products made available were excellent.

Great hotell

1 min to Metro , great restaurants near by , nice and friendly staff , free minibar. We hade the room with a balcony and it was nice. Breakfast is really nice, cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt and more.

My room was clean and made up every day. Staff was very friendly (even allowing for my terrible French!). Wonderful breakfast! So many choices. Others in my party of 23 were equally pleased with the accommodations. Having a Metro stop across the street from the frond door is a definite plus.

Not completely bad, but wouldn't come back

I wrote to the hotel a couple of weeks before checking in to request an upgrade to an existing reservation for a single room (which was made by my company) to a double room. I member of the staff responded that it would be no problem, I'd just have to pay city taxes for the 2nd person (around 2 euros/day).

Upon check in, I found out that information was incorrect, and I would have to actually pay for the 2 guest! After trying to argue with the manager that it wasn't our fault and couldn't be held for that, we got tired and agreed to pay in order to avoid stress (we were tired from the 11 hour flight + 1 hour uber trip from the airport). The manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a triple room and gave us free breakfast as an apology. If only the issues had ended there...

Other issues we had:

- Internet was poor. It's free and easy to connect, but you must insert the password everytime you log in, and the signal is bad.

- The shower was absolutely horrible. No water pressure and the temperature keeps changing while you shower. You're either freezing or burning up...

- Air conditioning only works during summertime. However, even when it's cold out, the room can get pretty warm. Your only option is to open the windows.

- In the evening, the hotel keeps the front door closed, and you need to ring a bell in order to have someone open it for you (never took more than a few seconds, but can be quite annoying).

Other than that, the breakfast was ok, the staff was nice and there's a metro station right across the street.
